Walked in today after trying to go to the UPS store. Ended up ordering the Cheese berry with egg pudding drink after asking for help. Wow. So tasty. The manager instructed me on how to drink it- first put the straw in and start by sucking in the cheese topping then berry then egg pudding. It was delicious!

One of my FAV boba spots in the bay! Puff cream and rose milk tea are def my favorites! Perfect milk to tea ratio everytime and boba is always nice and chewy

My absolute FAVORITE place to get boba! They make beautifully curated and high quality tea drinks that aren't going to cost you $8 a drink (including the classic add-ons!). You honestly can't go wrong with any flavor you choose.

In lieu of that sentiment, I tried the Puff Cream Milk Tea for the first time yesterday and it was SO GOOD. The cream is cake flavor so you get an earthy/sweet/dessert balance with the black tea and cream. I picked up a classic jasmine milk tea for my friend. I usually get a plant based milk and chose soy milk for both.

I'm hoping to try their soy milk tea special next time. It seems like their currently out?

I think a lot of people mention the wait time but I think it's just for the rush hour window (lunch time) I went about an hour before they closed and it was very breezy of a wait!

This is my and my partner's favorite go to place for milk tea. Highly recommend the Mango Pomelo Sago and Rose milk tea.

One of the best pearl milk teas in the Bay Area with strong tea flavor. 25% sugar works for me. The only down side is the wait is a bit long.

Good mom-and-pop boba shop in downtown Oakland. It is located next to my favorite sandwich shop, the LunchBox so I usally get boba from here along with the sandwich. I have tried their mango pomelo sago, Rose Milk Tea, Honey Green Tea, Peppermint Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea and Puff Cream milk tea. Only Mango Pomelo Sago stands out. It is a perfect combination between mango slushy, coconut milk and pomelo, topped with Crystal Boba instead of sago. The Puff Cream milk tea and Rose Milk Tea were okay but the boba were hard both time. The Jasmine milk tea was really waterdown and I could barely taste the tea. There is a few streets parking but I always order on Doordash or call then pick up.

I never get anything but the durian sago and am always impressed.each individual sago is filled with fresh durian (i think this is done in-house?)

Used the tablet to order an Earl Grey Milk Tea. Prepared quickly and tasted great! More of a grab and go type place. Would definitely come again.

I think this place is one of the best place for dessert. Whether its fruit green tea, passion fruit green tea, coffee volcano, matcha volcano, or the cheese berry; its all delicious.

Since I work down the street, the hardest thing for me is to decide what I want for that day.

Boba was fresh and yummy, prices are fair, only reason it was not five stars was because they seemingly forgot my order. Also idk what a volcano is, but it was tasty

So YUM! Try the mango pomade sago, it is so DELISH and tastes just like a drink I used to get at Jimmy Buffets margaritaville (but with no alcohol LOL)

We haven’t tried their milk teas yet but we love their mango and strawberry smoothies! Not too sweet, and tastes creamy and not too artificial. Well priced too! Call ahead if you want to pick up.

Rose milk tea is a favorite. Online order ahead or call ahead if you don't want to wait. Lots of options and alternative milk options include soy, almond, oat and coconut.

My favorite is the brown sugar fresh milk (volcano)! Update: My favorite is still the same! It's worth keeping up with the loyalty card. The only down side is the limited open hours.
