5The most relaxing meal at transit hotel! Sashimi is perfectly carved, melts in you mouth!
Very delicious dinner with typical Japanese style. I visited here when I stayed hotel near LAX. Even though I went there at start time, many guests came to have dinner here in rows.
Sonesta roll (with Tuna) was perfect with salads. I never had tuna roll like this wrapping with layers of thin cucumbers. Thanks for the beautiful presentation and food. ^^

Japanese high-quality sushi that I encountered unexpectedly on a business trip. I stayed at a hotel near Los Angeles Airport on a business trip. I found out about this restaurant by asking the lobby staff to find Japanese food within walking distance. They make sushi with best fishies selected by Japanese chefs. All the fishes were very delicious, and the quality was comparable to that of Japan.
