Good fun for 8 years plus children as long as you go before 8 pm but not too impressed with the limited rides for 3 year Olds.

I would give it a better rating.
BUT the huge indoor vendor area should be AIR CONDITIONIED so people and Vendors can enjoy during Triple Digit days.
Not just a blower with water misters.
It's behind its time for
Woodland.
Can a LOCAL Air Conditioning company come in and help
Please

Have you been to Yolo County Fair in Woodland, California. As you see from the pictures you can see fun stuff like most of the county fair. I gave it five stars because everybody's having fun, nobody was rushing around, people are acting civilized good home family fun and it’s free.

Clean bathrooms, great food truck choices, and events. Brought my car to 2 car shows here. Love that we are on grass and there are shade trees.

Always go for midnight mass. Didn’t drive In this year because sister lives a block away. Was as hot as it always is but nevertheless a good time

Went to the car show. Lots of great cars, live music and lots of different food vendors. Had a great time.

Went for the Poor Boys Midnight Mass. It was warm up until sunset and then it cooled off nicely, too bad many cars bailed out just as it was getting nice.

I have stayed at the RV park in the past while visiting since family in Woodland as it is the only place there is. We are Woodlad natives so we knew what to expect - gravel & a lot of sun. Access road - Gum Ave - is under construction 6/30/23 and the main gate was blocked off with heavy construction equipment. 1) Park should have sent an advisory to those with reservations and 2) Park should have provided another access point.
We drove acompletely around to every gate. No answer on either phone #, no return call, no response to text - ever. We waited for the crews to grade the driveway in order to get in.
Check in instructions say to text for wifi code. No response during our 2 day stay.
Whichever staff oversees the park needs retraining.

Went here for Monster Trucks, free parking. Great up close experience, got mud flung our way. Pit party got us ride in a monster truck and up close with the nights competitors. Great night for the kiddos

A lot of b.s. To stay here (Wanted pictures, insurance status, registration information, and year of coach for 1 night), although Good Sam recommended. We were very disappointed since most full-time rigs looked run down, and 3 pitbull full-timer's dogs barked constantly.

Yolo County free food drive is every Tuesday and Friday at the Yolo county fairgrounds. I get there at 4 am just to be in the top 5 cars to get some of the better stuff.
Bring a blanket and something to do while you wait in line.
