Yoonho Chang D.D.S. Inc., Apple Valley CA

I went to doctor Yoonho Chang for a cavity problem with my teeth. My ex rays were taken correctly, and all my cavities were drilled and filled properly, i was given anestisia before the procedure was done, and I was amazed how well of a job he did for my teeth. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. Thank you doctor Chang for your excellent work on my teeth!

I believe Dr Chang is very uncaring and very unprofessional he started working on my mouth without numbing it properly he took a tooth out that shouldn't have been taken out broke it off now I have to see an oral surgeon I'm still in a bunch of pain he broke another tooth trying to take out a tooth he shouldn't even took out very unprofessional very disappointed

I have been to a lot of dentist in the past. I am terrified of the dentist. Dr. Chang is the first dentist I have been to that I had no pain what so ever! He is very compassionate and caring. I am no longer terrified to go the dentist. I highly recommend him.

This man is ruff once he knew I was a cash payment did paid over 3000 he did not want to run my medical for a simple fill on my front tooth said it wasn't possible wanted me to pay for a mouth guard and that a fill would not work because it would just happen again mind you im 40 first time ever that it thinned out rite in the middle he made no sense thought that was rude

I went in as an emergency, needing a tooth pulled. (Medicare, no dental insurance, etc.) I had already called several other places who told me I'd have to make an appointment a week or more from now and/or quoted prices up to $1,000 for a simple extraction of a front, one root, tooth! I needed the tooth dealt with asap and am severely limited financially.

Dr. Chang's office took me immediately. (I'm pretty sure I interrupted his lunch hour.) For the same price as the basic exam needed to pull the tooth, they did full x-rays and gave me a complete evaluation of the dental work I needed. Then, after I confirmed I could not afford a root canal/crown to save the tooth, Dr. Chang removed it quickly and with minimal discomfort. Throughout the entire visit, everyone was extremely considerate and thoughtful.

Dr. Chang and his staff are awesome he might be a bit rough but your smile will thank you at the end. His staff are great as well very clean office and waiting was not bad will come back for any future services.

Dr. Chang is an excellent dentist in terms of his efficiency in assuring that the dental work in progress is of the highest caliber. The office and staff are all amiable and very relaxed. I also have found them to be somewhat stand-offish. Dr. CHANG himself desperately needs retraining as far as his bed side manner. He outwardly displays his annoyance with the patient if his instructions are not followed to the letter or even in a minuscule manner deviate from his orders. I found that he actually became angry and impatient because I was told to open wider several times or some other instruction that was not clear to me. Perhaps there may be a lack of communication going on? In either case, I have two more visits as I did go last Thursday for a scheduled appointment, early in the morning on a cold, rainy morning only to find the doors closed. It would have been common courtesy to have received notice in some form prior to my making a wasted trip. Dr. Chang’s work ultimately does make all the negatives tolerable considering his top-notch work.

I had the worst pain during the process and cried and I would never recommend him to my worst enemy the staff was rude.one of the lady’s took off my cloth around that they put so nothing spills on ur shirt and when she took it offme she pulled my hair hard and didn’t say sorry
