15 When I went in there was a line in the lobby of 3 customers. The drive thru had a line as well. I waited there like 10 min and no one was helping us inside the lobby. The other customers were very upset as well. I asked why no one was helping us and the cook ignored me. I had to yell to get someone's attention when the guy taking orders at the drive thru just told me very casually that he was by himself and he need to help the drive thru first. I suggested to take 1 order from the drive thru then one in the lobby and so forth but everyone just ignored me once more. I yelled once more to get someone's attention and asked if they really not going to take anyone's order (inside the lobby) and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and kept helping the drive thru. Everyone inside the lobby got very mad and just left the store as I did.
Terrible customer service from everyone. It's so pathetic they can't multitask, they shouldn't work there.
Very good tasting chicken with sauce. Great food. It's a nice location. Clean from inside. The service is alright.
Since I moved from LA to Hemet ca I can’t get my Yoshinoya fix lol But I have one of my doctors in Huntington Park. So after my appointments before Starting my 2 hour drive home I stop at this location. The staff is fast and so friendly. Today though 11/8/22 the young girl at the window was so nice and just a little ball of energy. When I came up to the window she was so nice and when she went to get my order she did this little “ happy” dance, I think she knows I noticed. It’s was nice to see someone enjoy their job fir once. I didn’t get her name but all if your staff is on point.
It was ok which was disappointing because we (my wife and I) were starving, did you change the chicken breast because these tasted more on the artificial side and not at all like the other Yoshinoyas we've been to
For Asian racism, I waited five minutes, the white woman was still chatting at the door and didn't order food for me, so I leave
Absolute liked the customer service and wait i forgot to mention the food. OMG! The food was so fu**ing good.ill go back anytime just for another teriyaki bowl. Its on me next time anyone goes with me lol
This place looks nice but the food they are servicing unacceptable. I got a large chicken bowl and it barely had any chicken or rice. I went to ask if I could get a normal serving. He said that’s the normal amount and he was right next to the general manager. Who said nothing. Take a look for yourself
I've been going through the drive thru 7: 30 on the dot. The worker taking out the trash tells me every time that they just closed. Eventhough it says it closes at 8 pm
The Food was Terrible today. I had to throw $14 down the toilet. What happened with the Quality? We need RUDY Man again. Everything was fine with him.
I went to get lunch thier got to drive-thru was thier for about 15min got back to work which is like 2min away my side of potatoes was cold and to top if off no fork so yeah no lunch.
Staff didn't know what they have to.
I ordered just 1 bowl and it tooks 15min

I give 5 stars for so many reasons! My server was Kimberly very polite, courteous, clean. Was helpful in explaining the menu too me. Food was hot fresh and delicious. The store was well cleaned, parking lot as well. Kimberly was busy running the front counter and drive through. I was happy to see smiling faces and politeness. This place rocks. I will be back. I'm a truck driver. But love the shrimp and veggies. Thanks Kimberly and staff you all were very nice and polit. It's hard to find that these days! Thank you Have a nice day.
The employees the two young ladies were the nicest I've ever experienced in a restaurant
I was waiting like 30 minutes to get my food it took forever.people didnt know what they're doing. I suggest more training and maybe more workes.if I could I would give you guys a 0
I really didn't care too much for the orange chicken this time and the sweet and sour sauce was awful in my opinion made my food to spicey to eat so a waste of money. Also the chicken was to hard. And I went around 1120 am before lunch. Tasted like leftovers from the night before left out. Oh and it was pretty dirty for Just opening up like wadded up napkins under some chairs and other little trash. SMH I was gonna take a pic but I forgot my phone that day.
