Cashier took forever not moving the line. Does not worried about losing sales. Whether you move slow or fast still get paid per hour I guess.

Alisa, taking too long to help us while a employee was cleaning restrooms. Then did not tie the bag tightly so all the heat escaped making it cold

Updated July 25: came here a couple of days ago I see that they have improved so much and new staff, excellent services and food is great!
