Yoshinoya Slauson & Vermont, Los Angeles CA

Ok so. GUADALUPE wasnt friendly, i dont even think she wanted to even be working. I know what we ordered and we repeated some stuff to her so there wouldnt be anything wrong. But i had one plate wrong, so we called and we told them the problem. For some reason they all thought it was funny and started laughing about it and said they cant do anything about it. The least thing they couldve done is give me a new plate and told me to throw them away but no. I just think its really rude that they thought it was funny even after they said she couldnt do anything about it. RUDE.

The food taste great, but there dining room is always dirty the tables, chairs, and floors not mopped.

It was very dirty and the food was not so good it was served cold and it didn't taste all that good.
Instead of complaining I decided never to go back to this place

I called twice to modify our reservation for a weekend visit, and each time, the hostess was very accommodating.

Love the fact that Yoshinoya takes EBT. But this may be the result of too much of a good thing.

The bowls are HALF way full, the rice is sooo hard, the teriyaki and the beef are NOT cook good.
I really don’t recommend anyone to come here!

They get kudos for their customer service. Anytime I go they are always polite. The only complaint would be if you go late at night the food is not thoroughly cooked.

I believe it's rude to sleep while I'm eating that was a problem at this restaurant but food was fresh and good

I tested the new lobster stew, i don't like, the lobster meat had a very strange taste, it was more like a Mexicans meal called posole.

This Pacific Yoshinoya has some of the best food Yoshinoya has always hot taste fresh the women who take your order are very friendly

It's OK but not better than other Yoshinoya Restaurants. 3 stars because last time the portion was less and the place was not that clean.

I was waiting gor 25 minutes for my order a lot people was waiting too for long time the service is very bad. I tell them i'll put a bad comment for the restaurant they just say nothing.

Place was messy with homeless people hanging out the staff was a little unprofessional seen mocking customers had to wait for spring rolls but they packed my other food sitting under the ac getting cold arrived at 9: 40 pm on Saturday

This is a new location they have good service and keep their menus updated with new fresh choices.

Food was good.but the cashier started to chat with coworkers about drinking.and she said she perfers coronas. I perfer myckies so that's why they get 3 stars.

Great food and service, love the new menu items. Workers are attentive and friendly. Always clean.
I always get terrayaki chicken, and white rice with potatoes.

I hate it they messed up my order twice, they orange chicken taste like charcoal, they didn't call my name right so I didn't even know they called and my food got cold, the served me my food on a tray they smelled like piss, not only that they charged my card twice for the same order that I ordered once

Bad service! The workers are mean and look like they don't like their job are grumpy and moody all the time

Great service awesome personal. I always enjoy eating at this location, I would truly recommend it!
