Went to ask for an arrangement for a funeral they told me they were too busy to give me prices and couldn't take my order.

I was not impressed with the arrangement that arrived to my great grandmothers. I ordered the deluxe version and it should have had some babies breath and more greenery and it had a lot of empty space in it like missing half the flowers. I understand that it won't look exactly like the picture but this was horrible. After the $30 delivery fee for $100 I am very disappointed wish I could post pictures.

I realize you don't get exactly like the picture but atleast fill the vasefull of the daisy if you dont use the baby's breath or more greenery like the picture and you use baby roses instead of big roses. For $100 ($30deliver) it should be fuller or cut them shorter to look fuller. Just disappointing. I am unable to be on my phone during work and didn't get this pic until after they closed so I will be calling in the morning. Best of luck if you order.

Great flower shop definitely recommend and would order from them again. The entire experience was extremely easy and quick. They offered same day delivery and got it out within a very short time of placing the order. Additionally, the communication was great. I ordered online and received not only a confirmation email for the order but also an email when they started working on the order. I received a phone call once it was delivered which was very much appreciated. Often times when I order online from other places I am antsy and wondering what is going on with my order and an ETA but You and I flowers and gifts had such great communication I did not need to do all the extra work.

Most importantly, the bouquet they arranged was BEYOND gorgeous. I am extremely thankful for their work!
