It was showing temporarily closed when I put map to this parking areas directly. But when I went it was opened.

Parking could be full so come early. Bring cash to pay and a pen. Beach might be a little tricky to get down there if you or a family member issue. There are bathroom at the parking lot, but be warned they do get super dirty and maybe a little smelly.

A very nice beach to hang out in the afternoon. I would recommend this beautiful beach to anyone.
