I love this Brand’s clothing but I ordered a hoodie from there anniversary sale And never received a confirmation email with an order number I’ve emailed them because that is the only customer service option there phone number is useless it’s be over 15 days now no delivery or response I’m out my money and can’t even find the jacket to buy it again
I’m very disappointed that I can’t talk to someone from young and reckless about my issues

Ordered product on 12/20/19 at 754am PST with the understanding that my order even though I upgraded the shipping would not be to my resident until after Christmas. Received confirmation of the order and a tracking number within 30 minutes. However since that email there has been no movement on my order it only shows that a label was created and is awaiting delivery to the carriers facility. I have emailed called and get no response from the company. They don't answer phone calls it just rings and rings and no return emails unless you count the standard thank you email.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone at all. Can't tell you if their product is any good at this point I can't even get an update on what is going on with my order. Complete waste! I feel like this company is nothing more than a scam! You should be ashamed of how you have handled this whole situation. I came in with very little expectations and you have even done less than that. No follow up to your paying customer when they email and you don't even answer the phone. I held up my end of the transaction by paying you! Now how about you hold up your end and send me my order!

I've had to wait 17 days for the hoodie to be delivered, and I have to pay an additional 11 pounds which I was never told about.

Bought a jacket that was damaged and they want me to return it pay for shipping and pay restocking fee for something that was already damaged. The return on the website is horrible and not user friendly. The worst part is that I been a loyal customer but I don’t know about now. I am still not sure how to return my items.
