Your Drug Store, Bakersfield CA

By far my favorite pharmacy in Bakersfield! They literally saved me over $500 on my much needed insulin when I was between insurances and saved my life. Liz and her whole team are always so friendly and efficient. They really do their best to help everyone here and you can tell that they genuinely care about people. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

They took way to long filling my pscrption and it was not ready when they said it would be.

Always friendly and not looked down upon! No matter wat u are there for to pick up rest assured they look at you with respect dignity and u will be feeling better soon feeling is there! All of the staff is super awesome and they are fast! GIVE THEM A CHANCE I BET YOU WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER DRUGSTORE AGAIN!

This place is the best pharmacy in town! The staff and pharmacists are super helpful and above all very kind and compassionate. They know how to deal with all insurance companies and will do everything in their power to help you get what you need as quickly as possible. If you have any question or concerns they are more than happy to go over medications and side effects, and possible interactions with you and recommend things that will help. I love that they can be both quick and get you in and out in a time pinch but will also take all the time you need to go over anything with you even if it's busy. I highly recommend Your Drug Store to everyone! The customer service is top notch and they truly care about the people coming in. If you want to have a great pharmacy experience with a caring personal touch this is the place for you. Thank you for always taking care of me when I'm not well.:)

This drug store messes up my refills on the prescriptions, including the ones I must have for some of the illnesses I have. I get my medications in bubble packs in morning, noon, evening and bedtime as prescribed by my doctor. Now today they delivered bubble packs but this time they brought many packs with individual bubble packs for each medication that I take. The major problem with this, is that they did not send all of my medications. Also they have never included an itemized list of what medications I am being charged for when I pay a copay for medications that I take. It seems they need some changes made for their methods to their customers needs. I also have friends who have had some refills messed up as well. Liz is a nice person but when you are having prescriptions for CHF, Asthma, and blood pressure being messed up, it could be life threatening!
