This review is long overdue because I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but in this case I feel I have to in order to warn others. Two years ago I visited this office that get under eye filler. My right cheek was left with a red dot-like scar. I returned and the doctor apologized and said he would perform microneeding at no charge since it was his fault. Wanting to get the scar removed, I regretfully agreed and was left with a deep wound that was bleeding and oozing after, leaving a scab. This not not a normal outcome! After months, it finally healed but I was left with trauma induced hyperpigmentation! Doctor brushed it off and told me I signed a waiver and to apply over the counter hydrocortisone cream to it. Obviously this didn’t help. It has been a year and a half and I still have the red dot with added hyperpigmentation, which I will probably have the rest of my life. I have to wear concealer all the time and it has affected my confidence. I wish I would have researched this doctor more as a professional and experienced doctor would have never let this happen. Please be careful with the services you receive here! Stick with simple procedures if necessary.

I had the best experience at this MedSpa. I felt so welcomed when I went in there. I also felt very comfortable because my nurse, Maddisyn was very knowledgeable, professional and I knew that I was in good hands with her. I highly recommend!

Ive been getting botox for 4 years now, my doctor retired and i had to find a new place. Saw they were having special pricing so I thought Id give them a chance. Worst botox placement Ive ever had. It was so uneven, and a bit painful. And its super lumpy still. Its been a month…. Ive never experienced that. WORST experience ever.

I went in two different times for a lip flip and then lip filler, maddisyn took care of me both times and did a great job. The outcome was exactly what I wanted and she made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. She was very kind and very welcoming, 10/10 experience and I will be coming back specifically for her

I’ve had several services including, Botox, lip filler, & hydro facial with my girl, Nurse Maddisyn. My results have been truly life changing & she is definitely your go to girl for lips! Check out my before and afters pics! I’m prone to swelling and bruising due to autoimmune response and she was able to suggest a product to give me even better results that would work well with my body.

I also, didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment. After explaining what I was interested in, they really took the time to explain the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect and I was able to come in the following week! Nothing was rushed and I always leave feeling like a million bucks. I’m always greeted with “Hi beautiful, welcome back” by the practice director there, a fresh beverage & either a cookie or chocolate (my weakness). With every service offered you can imagine & some of the best prices/promos I’ve seen, this is the go to Med Spa in town! Can’t wait for my next appointment for laser hair removal!

I’ve been going to Youthology ever since nurse Maddisyn started and I’m never leaving her! I trust her and get all my services done with her. Every service I’ve done with her has been a great experience. She loves what she does and that is reflected through her work.

Staff is very rude just from the first visit made me feel like it was a huge mistake they kept on making me feel unwanted they weren’t helpful and VERY RUDE! I don’t recommend anyone going there just for the way the treated me!

I’ve been to several offices in Bakersfield for almost ten years getting Brotox and Youthology is the best by far. The membership program price is great. The office staff is amazing and Doctor is very personable and easy to talk to. Plus, I usually get same day appointments. Theeee best!

I loved this place felt very welcoming, the front desk lady helped me with any question I had. The doctor that did the lip filters took his time and made sure they were perfect and shaped my lips to my face shape. Loved my lips and how they came out! Definitely recommend

I received a gift card for four rounds of laser hair removal for my armpits as a birthday gift. This was the best gift I ever received. I’ve only received two rounds to date and I barely have any hair growing. I haven’t shaved for 3 weeks and there is little to no hair growing. Overall, The Youthology has a very clean and welcoming ambiance and I would recommend this service to anyone who is wanting to have smooth armpits.

BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE was going for 3 years it was ok but had a horrible experience this last December they are LIARS and pretty much stoled my money I couldn't get a procedure done due to medical reasons and they said I could get credit for any future procedures over a phone call I went to my appointment I told the doctor who injected me he said ok his wife SARAH came over and said nope refunds I explained I didn't want a refund that they had told me over the phone I could and she WALKED AWAY from and left me standing I felt humiliated and also previously I had asked for botox and they injected me with xeomin! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU Only ur money go somewhere else save ur self a headache I learned my lesson also they are over priced $360 for 6 sessions of lazer and at my old place were I am going now again it would've been $150 7q spa in burbank ca also this lady makes u feel super uncomfortable and wants to force to buy her zo products that don't work and break out.

Got a PRP with microneedling, and looked exactly the same after a month. They kept trying to push products after I repeatedly said no. I went elsewhere and omg, they were soooo much better. I don't recommend this place at all. Save your money guys.
I was a customer btw. Replying to the owners post down there. They have that pre-made message about us with bad service and that "were out to attack them". Sad that they can't even remember who we are, which proves my point and many others on how bad they are.
