The lady's that work here are extremely rude. My co-worker and I found two kittens at our work and called them. They said we could take them there and when I got there they were horrible. They treated me like trash and said the kittens are old enough to live on their own and would not take them. Worst place ever!

Very poor customer service, and the lady that answer the phone has no knowledge of the animal shelter. Didn’t answer any of questions and I was told to call for the supervisor.

I was under the impression that this was a no kill shelter. Took a puppy in that had been severly neglected and abandoned. They said that they would take care of the problems that he was having and as soon as he was old enough he would be up for adoption. There was a family waiting to adopt him but they kept saying he wasn't ready yet due to his age. Found out the other day that they put him and 5 other German Shepherds to sleep. Why would they do that after denying a guaranteed adoption? Absolutely heart breaking and so cruel. If you truly care for the lives of dogs and cats please don't take them there.

Honestly horrible! Me and my friend rescued five poor little stray kittens only just days old covered in fleas and took them to this shelter. The lady said that they only take cats that are sick or injured and that they would have to euthanize them. We were unsure if they were sick so when we told the lady that we weren't sure. And she said that if we give them to her that they'll have to euthanize those poor babies. She completely ignored the question if they could check if the kittens are sick.

They were so rude here would definitely not go back here again.i was called a thief because i had picked up a puppy on the side of a road and i kept him at my apartment for a few days no longer then a week and was unable to keep him because of my situation.she told me that i shouldn’t have picked him up because he could’ve been someone’s dog. HE WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. It was an older white lady she was kinda chunky and when i first walked in she was rude from the beginning wouldn’t acknowledge me the other representative had to respond to me.just an over all 0/10.

I adopted a toy poodle/Maltese mix. The staff let me walk her around their field/ back yard as long as I wanted to. There was a separate fenced in area with a bench I sat on and got acquainted with my new pooch. The staff were all friendly and helpful and answered politely all of my numerous questions. They didn't put any pressure on me to adopt an animal and let me have as much time as I needed to make up my mind whether I wanted to adopt or not. The dog kennels were clean with fresh water in the front of the kennels where the dogs came out to greet you. All in all, it was a clean and friendly shelter that I can highly recommend you check out if you're looking to adopt a dog, cat, horse, turtle or hen or rooster!

The staff there is very caring and friendly. Even though all of the animals may not get adopted, I know that they are in good hands while they are there.
