Buy first time but very bad experience they delivered breakfast table yesterday but on one chair leather ripped but when ask them no body listening im very surprised with their bad service waste of money

Walked up 20 min before they closed just to look and they locked the door in my face and said they were closed.very disappointed

Do not! I repeat do not use their credit union Synchrony! If they give you the so call “promotional” and you don’t completely pay it off by one year they will charge you 30%, which in our case was over $700! We are 13 months out and are having to essentially pay for everything all over. Very shady and not worth dealing with because that was never made clear to us at the time of purchase. Use your own means or an alternative bank.

Purchased dining set and within 3 days we stop by to cancel the order which have not delivered yet. They won’t allow us to do. Customer service say since it’s past 2 day when we place the order. Do not buy anything from this store. U will go to hell to return.

Yao did it again, I have shoped here several times. I came in with a need and he delivered. No hassles, very good service. I highly recommend this store.
