5This welfare has never been a bad experience like you often hear about and I have experiences. They are friendly and helpful and I've never had to wait more than 30 min.
I went to pick up my child birth certificate and that cost me $29 dollars but the people were nice!
They answered all my questions and offered me a good service, the employees of this place are very friendly, the wait time to be served is approximately 30 to 40 minutes on a very busy day, you need to be patient

I came early on a Wednesday, I was number nine, and they saw me quickly. Everyone was friendly and very understanding.
