Yucaipa Urgent Care

Very disappointed in this Facility. Very unprofessional. P. A. Eric Song made the patient suffer by not prescribing the right medication w/ symptoms. He prescribed NO MEDICATION. Also the women M. A. Lauren jabbed his throat with q tip causing more pain. LVN / took among herself to stare at the patient as he was walking to the bathroom. Definitely took patient for a Joke This place needs a staff meeting asap about Listening to patient & treating it right the first time. & these women staff need to know there boundaries. They are doing to much & for starters maybe they shouldn't talk behind the patients back. HIPPA COMPLIANCE & M. A Lauren needs to learn how to draw blood correctly. & please I CANT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH "RESPECT" HUSBANDS & WIFES! THANK YOU!

One star is far too much for this facility. They seem to be happy with being there 8 hours a day and think you should be there as well for 8 hours. Every visit I have here regardless of the urgency they take a min of 3 hours. Pathetic really when even their sister companies are all faster. If you can go somewhere else do your self a favor and do.

One of the best urgent care visits I've ever experienced.
The whole process was very quick. I've never had an urgent care visit that wasn't a 3 hour ordeal.
Everyone was extremely nice and they even made a follow-up phone call to make sure I was okay.
10 out of 10 would recommend them.

Wonderful Urgent Care staff was friendly and helpful. Ingrid was fantastic and I am out of state they took great care of me and asked all my questions I had to ask. Thank you everyone at Yucaipa Urgent Care.

Had to wait for 2 hours just to realize you do not have facial xrays. Pretty much absurd in my opinion as an urgent care facility.

Wow! The nurses are super nice and professional and are on their toes! The nurse (can't remember her name) I got was amazing! Never been to this urgent care till today and I'm still in shock of how they are on top of everything! Nurse came in already knowing some of my medical info, you can tell that she knows her stuff! She was amazing, the Dr. I saw was super nice and very informative, definitely a great staff of nurses and Dr's! They definitely have my recommendation! Hope this helps if you end up needing medical treatment!

Rude and a money scam they talk behind your back thinking you can’t hear behind closed doors! They literally said amongst themselves we can’t do anything, (before they even checked me!) someone asked should I tell him? Lady said let him wait longer! Then send him off.
They charge per visit, want you to get a membership! Lol must be under a greedy new management or something. Been here years ago and was great. It’s not the same now. They can keep the time and money they took from me and let God judge between them.

Went in to get help to reduce or at least get some relief for migraine attack and they could not help what so ever. So stay away from this place it was a total waste of time and co-pay.

I went in for a laceration on my hand. The staff provided excellent care. The subsequent video conference follow up was a welcomed surprise. Thanks to Yucaipa Urgent Care. Job well done.

They serve well, they are friendly, especially very clean, you need to make an appointment or sign up before you arrive so you don't have to wait time, recommended

Was easy to make an appointment online for same day. I had contact with four of the staff from check-in, to exam room, to x-rays. All were friendly, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was in and out in an hour. If I ever need urgent care again I will come back here.

Came in today for my appointment at 530. Was in and out super fast. Carlene was my provider and she was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond sharing information with me. Thank you

The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and genuinely cared. The nurse practitioner Remmy was also amazing and made sure I was taken care of.

I got the worst service that I’ve ever had. The help in the back is beyond unprofessional. Not trained well at all. They want u to do all the work. They want u to tell them what’s wrong with you. They’re not even able to to tell you what’s wrong w you. Then they did t even check what was wrong w me. And they told me I had to write down every single medicine I take and was allergic to. They refused to have it faxed over from my Dr.and do I say there for 30 mins writing it down. And then they didn’t even look at it. And I was very sick and I have 2 lung diseases n kidney disease. And they did not help me. And then they said to me, so what do u want me to give you today? Do you have anything in mind? ! Then they’re like can you hurry I’ve gotta move on to the next person after I sat n waited over an hour in the room for them and I was next. And they did absolutely nothing for me as sick as I was. I may possible give the medical board a call. This is just to unacceptable.
