YUCATECH Computer and Phone Repair

I have used Yucatech for 3 of my computers, one laptop, one desktop and one custom built gaming PC.

Alex is GREAT. He is knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and answers any questions you may have. Alex and his crew are very professional, courteous and patient. They never make you feel like you have too many questions or trying to rush you in and out just to get to the next job (like so many other computer repair places I've been to).

They are reasonable with their fees, are very trustworthy and also, they usually complete the job quicker than you would expect, but at the same time.paying attention to all the details.

I mentioned above the gaming PC. I had all the parts ordered, but found it was a bigger task than what I had time for, so. I handed it to them.

I was surprised that they finished the job in a much shorter time than I expected with some very good advice on parts and performance.

They are my go-to for all my computer needs. I won't use anyone else from this point on. They are just TOO GOOD!

Yucatech is a very reasonable & responsible business that keeps a great stock of common phone parts. They're also very good about replying to emails. Getting quotes over the phone is easy too. Parking is extremely convenient too, and their location is really well placed in downtown SR.

Yeah! My phone works again, $189 repair is waaay better than $1000+ for a new one. Only took an hour.

At a part replaced and my cell phone that had worked for two plus years before needing replacement. That was in November. Come early March the part needs to be replaced AGAIN! I am told that the replacement part I received in November only had a 3-month warranty. 3 months? Funny, the original part work for over 2 years in my phone before needing replacing but they only guarantee a part for 3 months? Charge me full price to replace the part for a second time. I would deal with the company who has a better warranty on their parts cuz 3 months doesn't make any sense as a matter of fact I think they put a s***** part in my phone knowing I would be back

Had a Samsung Galaxy S8 Active that needed a new battery. Brought it to Yucatech for repair at 9: 30am; had never been there before. This shop was open earlier than all the others, and the service I received was great. The service tech who helped me was patient, helpful, and professional. They fixed my phone promptly and for a fair price. Will most likely bring my next device in need of repair here as well.

They are my go to fix it place! They have fixed cell phones, tablets and iPad! Great group of people working there!

I unfortunately cracked my phone screen 2 days before a long road trip and needed it fixed ASAP! The guys at Yucatech came to the rescue and had my phone ready for me the next day! I cant thank them enough! Thanks guys!

Dont go to the Apple store to fix your phone. After they tried to solve a simple problem i left the Apple store with an unusable phone, the "Genius" told me i now had a brick, and should buy a new phone! Just by luck i found YUCATECH, after 1 hour they restore all the functions, unfroze it, upgraded the op system and now works better then ever. How much for this miracle for saving a dead phone-$25!

I didn't know that these guys really can actually fix anything. They're a little pricey, but the thing is that they WILL fix it. Too bad car mechanics aren't like these guys. I also love their new office, which is professional and normal. They seem to be swamped with business now (good for them!). This is the only place I'll be going for any and all tech repairs from now on. Period.

I recommend this place because the service is awesome and fast. They are so nice and they makes you feel comfortable.they explains everything in detail and gives you options on what to do with your phone. I will gladly come back to his shop. Thank you.

I’ve gone to YucaTech four times for various iPhone repairs. Every time they’ve been quick (usually within hours), reasonably priced, and have had long lasting repairs with no issues. Great business.
