4Best Doctor in town I been taking all my 3 kids to Dr. Yumul since 2010
Staff at the front was very rude and we did not have a mask so they wanted to charge us a dollar for each mask which is unheard of. I never heard of a doctor charging for a mask. I will be looking for another doctor for my kids thanks to the front desk and there rudeness.
I’m only giving 3 stars because I LOVE Dr. Yumul to be my kids’ pediatrician but for his staff members in the front are rude, specially the lady Michelle. She REFUSED to give my child an appointment for his physically because he’s not due until a month later when I specifically told her I NEED it now to sign him up for first grade. Another time she tried to tell me that i don’t have insurance when I told her I do just I don’t physically have a card from them yet since I was waiting for it to be mail so she refused to have my daughter who is 1 years old to be seen and cancelled my appointment. I CONSTANTLY argue with her every time I go in or if I call and she answers.
Reception is rude dr. Is a good man but his staff needs to be trained with better customer service
