Yupi Kids Palace, Hesperia CA

I took my daughter if so crowded and big kids are not a problem but they should be watched by an adult at all times, there are babies, toddlers who get hurt by them! My daughter had black eye by and older kid! The ladies in the front are rude! Their website said certain payment and when we got there is was different, please update your WEBSITE! Please watch your babies is not safe!

This place is a great choice for kids to have a good time no matter the weather outside. My kids have a blast and always leave wanting to come back. However please please make sure to sanitize/wash your babies hands. This is the second time my kids have caught a virus right after leaving this place.

My son enjoyed him self so much he didn’t want to leave. Very excellent customer service as well

Nice place for kids to have fun indoors. Bring socks from home because they wont allow you in without socks just helps to keep the play area safe. Very sanitary and clean. They have restrooms as well and the kids have a blast running around having fun. They sell snacks and drinks for kids as well.

Great place to bring to entertain your kiddos. You can bring your own snacks and drinks so it’s great. Make to bring your littles something to drink. It always is very clean and the
staff is always cleaning throughout the day.

Very clean place. They disinfect about every 30 minutes. It’s nice that you can’t wear shoes in there. It’s gated so smaller kids can not just run out. A lot for kids to do and keep them occupied.

This place is smaller than other playgrounds
Has 2 bathrooms. 1 with a changing table and 1 without.both are genderless.and are individual bathrooms.

We stood here for 2 hours.

They sell food but don't have tables, you are allowed to leave and return within the day as you ease to eat.outside food is not allowed.i didn't see parents in the structures with their children so I assumed we weren't allowed to follow out children in the multi level structures.but I did follow my baby around the mat areas and has my other 2. Follow my baby in the structures.

For reference my children are ages 2,7,11. All girls.well behaved. Not loud, polite.

The children generally had a good time until some I'll mannered boys thought they owned everything and tried to bully a 3 yr old girl who followed my oldest around (11). So my 11 yr old stuck up for her.my, 7 yr old stood by her.we we're leaving just right before they told us anyway.that is not the establishments fault as it is out of their control how people raise their children.and they were not aware of the incident.

We only go to indoor playgrounds 1 time to review as many as possible.despite it being small in size if I was in the neighborhood and didn't mind going to the same indoor playground I'd still go here.its understand that it's small, you have to start somewhere.

Very clean and fun, the visit went very well. My sister had a great time, and it's very inexpensive

My boy had a blast here. We will definitely be back! Nice place but Please Please wash your babies hands (OFTEN) during and after your visit. I believe my boy caught a virus that lasted 3 days from here. Vomiting and diarrhea followed by Dr visit and antibiotics is not fun at all.

Great place to take the kids and let them have Fun? They also offer part packages and you can rent the whole place out. Very clean and organized Good place to enjoy the kids having fun up here in this area. Will definitely go again.

Too expensive. The one in Fontana kids empire is much cheaper to get in and has much more room.

Such a great place. My first time today and I will be bringing my son back asap. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

My 3 year old has a great time. It's just a little on the small side and the worker was not personable at all.

We have had a total of 3 birthday parties here. My kids love it. It's very personal and their speed. Good clean fun for little ones

I have taken my 3 and 4 year olds here twice. They had a lot of fun both times! The last time we went was about 10 days ago and there was a little boy who was obviously sick. (At least he was to me) He was playing and coughing without covering his mouth. I mentioned it to staff working at the time with no results. Watch to see the cleaning process which was nothing where the children were mostly playing (slides, ball pit, swings and trampolines). They kept their front desk and walkway/play area in the middle very clean, which is were they primarily stay. I always watch my kids very closely and would recommend you to do the same especially if you have 3 and 4 year olds. Both times we have come some of the older kids try to bully the younger kids. The staff and the parents of just a few of these kids don't pay any attention to it either. Would give it a 5 star if they would address these issues

We have gone twice now. Once during the summer and once on a school day. My 2 and 3 year old loved it both times, but because they are younger, I preferred when we went during school hours. Very friendly staff and clean play place.

Although it's small it's a great place for the little ones to have a good play. Everything looks clean and we'll preserved.

Clean, fun, and inexpensive. My 16 month old loved every minute we were there. He was scared at first but warmed up quickly. There were things he could do and some things he couldn't but we hope he can in the future as he learns more. We will be going back soon. Lovely place.

Went to try and enjoy my neice birthday party. To start the associate Jasmine gave attitude as soon as she got to work. She was approached with respect regarding being able to set up early for the party. Jasmine instantly got an attitude. Her demeanor was off and she was very rude. We were asking her questions regarding putting our ice cream in a fridge and again we got an attitude and she gave us dead answers. We then asked her to contact her manager so we could talk to her instead. Jasmine then decided to call the party that was scheduled after us and told them they were able to come early for their party although we were still figuring out what we were doing. So someone finally comes to help us and she was very helpful but still decided we were unable to have our party there because of whatever Jasmine told the manager. In Spanish so we couldnt understand her. The way we were treated was wrong. The mother of the party was pregnant and was having a hard time because of an unruly associate.
