So far so good! From getting a consultation from Emily of the different blinds they have to ordering from them and then having them installed went very well and all the workers that helped us were really nice and professional. My husband and I are very happy with this company and the blinds we got look really nice! Definitely recommend this company

The staff gave me options, represented their costs accurately, and accommodated my timeline. Everyone was very friendly and professional, starting with my first encounter with Josh over the phone, to the helpful young woman who helped me carry my blinds to my car. A great experience.

I could not be happier with my new blinds! From my first visit to the showroom to installation, the work was professional, accurate, and detail orienated. The materials' care was explained to me, as well as, operation of the blinds. Manuel's and Jesus's installation especially needs a shout out. The batteries on my skylight blind needed replacing. The 2 installers arrived 4 days after I made the appointment. I had a call saying they were backed up and would be late. Not a problem because it was the end of the day and I was in for the night. What was a problem is that I was supposed to supply 12 AA batteries. I was unaware of that and they waited while I went to the store and bought batteries. My skylight is in a slanted ceiling. When making the appointment I asked if the battery pack was at the top of the slant or the bottom. I was told at the top, so I agreed to the $125 service call. Had I known it was at the bottom, my handyman would have replaced those batteries for a lot less than $125. Next time.

Manuel and Jesus installed new draperies for our home recently. They were friendly and meticulous in all their work. Shan was also a joy to work with. I highly recommend Z Blinds for all your window covering needs.

We dropped off a large blind to be re-strung at Z Blinds. We were going out of town for several months and hoped the work could be completed before we left, as the sun from the West facing window is strong and harsh for upholstery fabrics and artworks over that long duration. They said they had a heavy log of repairs already. However, in the end they completed our repair in time for us to pick up and rehang our blind before we left town. I’m so grateful to them for this!

I love my new wood blinds. The color matches the existing window trim perfectly. They arrived sooner than expected and the installer was friendly and got them up with ease. Michael, the Sales rep was very knowledgeable and great to work with. The whole process was so easy. Just one call to Z Blinds, a measuring appointment at my convenience at my house and installation when the custom blinds were ready. And Z Blinds kept updating me with texts along the way. The final product is beautiful!
