My garage door was malfunctioning right before Thanksgiving and when I called ZAAAP Garage Door Repair he immediately tried to help me over the phone and via Facetime to resolve my problem without payment but it was not resolved so he came over and fixed the electrical issue and still did not charge me. Shawn is extremely professional and knowledgable but what sets him apart from the rest is his excellent customer service. He always answers his phone, makes quick appointments and shows up on time. Great experience today. Many people set out to take advantage of others in of need of services; however, this is far from my experience. Shawn was at my house in less than an hour. He troubleshooted and found a simple fix, and by that I mean, he suggested trying something first to seen if it fixes the problem. If it is not, then he will come back out.
