Zac's Quick Fix Phone Hut, Santa Clara CA

Had a problem with my Samsung, he was able to take a look at it and let me know what was wrong pretty quickly. He was unable to fix it but he explained everything and I understood the issue. Honest, professional and responsive. I recommend him to everyone.

Really great service. It was done within the same day and my phone looked good as new. Couldn't be happier.

He bailed me out with his great service and decent repair work on a previously failed repair job that I had somewhere else.
He was on time, did the job decently and even gave me a discount.
I had a cracked iPhone rear camera lens which I took to another repair shop. Big mistake not to go somewhere who knows what they are doing.
A simple sounding lens replacement job left me with a blurry camera and few failed trips.
I then decided to go to Zac to get me out of this mess and he replaced the replacement lens, this time properly in exactly the time he quoted me and also replaced the now-damaged camera for a reasonable price and again in the time he promised me.
I am very pleased with his work. He has the experience, good manners and the tools to do all this type of work.
Recommend him to anybody for such repairs.

At a time when other repair shops are claiming they can't keep enough technical staff on hand to begin repairs for two weeks, Zac accepted my battery replacement and water damage repairs the day I brought each in, and gave me an accurate estimate of the time he needed to get parts and complete the work. Both were done on time in a matter of days and for a price slightly less than the shops wanting three weeks to do the same task. Zac offers a warranty for his work, but I had no reason to being either device back for any follow up.

My wife got her phone fixed here. This guy is super professional and the fix was good. Highly recommend him

It's not all in the business name. Zac did do a quick fix, but he also did a reasonably-priced fix, had immediate service availability, returned my call within a couple of minutes, was kind and professional, gave good advice, and offered a warranty for his work. Had my iphone screen repaired in under 30 minutes! (I super-heated it in a water-proof box for canoeing and it had huge black spots and streaking). I hope I don't damage my phone again, but if I do, I'll visit Zac. THANK YOU!

I got my iPad screen replaced here. The price is really competitive and the service is great. Zac is very responsive and honest with every step of the fix. Highly recommend this place to get your phones/tablets fixed.

Very quick screen replacement for a cracked phone screen. Much better than other places where you have to make an appointment and come back much later. Over here my iPhone was fixed in around half an hour!

They changed the battery and usb port of my phone and now it feels like new. Zack is the MVP, did a great job and within a couple of hours.

My iPhone screen was broken and I had already fixed it at two other places but the screen still wouldn’t work so I thought I would give this place a try. Zac was the one who fixed my phone. He was very quick and he told me to come back if the screen didn’t work. When I returned a month later because there was an issue with the screen again he replaced it at no extra cost but then it seemed like the LCD screen wasn’t working for my phone so he suggested we upgrade it to an iPhone grade screen. I had to pay a little extra for it but my phone finally worked and it has been for almost four months now. I dropped my phone a couple times but the screen is still intact and working perfectly. I highly recommend this place!

Great place to pick up your Wish packages. Clean, the person was very polite and friendly! Street parking was easy. Wear your mask! Will have my "Wish" packages sent there for now on!

Apple support failed me at their store and again at Apple Support.com. Best Buy also failed me - I can’t drop off my phone for an undetermined time. Jac at the Phone Hut had my battery changed after I had completed a short walk at my Alma mater Santa Clara University.
This is now my iPhone store. So long Apple Genius!
