Came in to upgrade my engagement ring's head and stone after being told by another jeweler that they couldn't do it. Bie, Ana and the manager were excellent! They helped me define exactly how I wanted it and Bie advocated to make sure it was able to be done correctly. So thankful to them! My ring came out perfect!

The employees are very helpful and attentive to your needs. Especially with the difficulties of Covid-19 and despite the conditions at hand because of it, they were able to provide us with a satisfying and easy shopping experience.

So I’ve reached out before regarding my order. After keeping the order instead of canceling it when a specialist was supposed to reach out to me. I finally received my order in which it was not made correctly at all. I attempted to take the item back to the store which I needed more paperwork. So I took the item back to this location the next day. Upon returning the item I was given the worst customer service. A representative tried to say I had two other people in line ahead of me when i seen both parties walk in after me. Then after explaining the issue I was told I could be given a refund instead of having the items fixed which I wanted to keep the item and have it fixed. So then I was just given a refund and told to order again online. I’m never shopping at Zales again.
