8It was a great experience. We came looking for an upgrade ring for my mom and Sandy was great help. She took my moms taste in rings into consideration when showing her options. It was quick and easy. Sandy was really sweet and helpful.
Read the fine print of purchase. If you do a promotional purchase make sure to pay off your balance in full on the date of purchase. I got charged double my amount and only owe $1400 left when ask if I could pay in full they mentioned that I was not able to and added $900 more to my bill. It's only been 20 days of final due date. They have the worst customer service in person and over the phone.
