I lost one of two of my really expensive earings that I bought last year from Zales. I purchased the lifetime protection plan and insurance. I asked if they could sell me a single or take the old one back in exchange for a discount on a new pair. They wouldn't offer me anything at all. After the lady told me there is nothing at all that they can do, she said that they also have their hands tied right now like she she wanted to end the conversation, even though I was totally polite and wasn't pressing her to make something happen. Kay Jewelers told me they would take in a single from a pair and put it towards a new pair at %100 cost. I will be bringing all of my business to Kay from now on and urge people to stay away from Zales. I'm shocked that Zales handles this scenario this way after how pleasant of an experience I had with the sales associate when I bought this pair. I was under the impression my investment would be at least a little more covered than this.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. For the record I had great credit and exceptional payment history with every cc that I have until Zales miscommunications and lies. First of all they lost my check and took my credit card info than I got automation because they said that would be easier, but months later I called and told them to take it off and I needed to use a different card and they said they would. Then when I closed my other account they repeatedly kept trying to take out money even though I asked them not to, I called again and again finally they gave me a number to community bank who there partnered with. Both companies blame the other company so it’s so unprofessional and stressful! I find out later that my credit has gone down 60 points because of this and credit limit goes down and all they do is give you the run around. Please if you know what is good for you do not get a Zales card, the company is dishonest and will not fix their mistakes no matter what you do. By the way you can’t cancel the card because if you do it will negatively affect your credit. Like I said the worst company, they just blame you and tell you can dispute but never actually fix it

I have always loved buying from ZALES. I bought a graduation chain that ended up breaking a year later. Lucky enough for me Sandeep was able to help me out and set up a time to get it fixed, no waiting and wonderful sweet service. Looking forward to coming in again.
