I came here despite all the bad reviews, because sometimes people exaggerate. I was so heartbroken. The gentleman Is very very rude. He told me I had to make up my mind because he was in a hurry to go to lunch. So sad. I drove an hour and half to get there just to leave empty handed.

I love this spot! Great oils, great insense, and black soap. They have a lot of home and body necessities and the pricing is great. You have to have scents in mind though otherwise you can easily be overwhelmed. Tons and tons of free smells ️.

Good to know they ship items because I will be moving out of state and I have some must have items that I only purchased there. I make my own hair concoctions with the essential oils they sell. New location is nice too.

They have all the nice oils you want and the prices are fair. Although a bit crowded with product, still a nice spot.

I normally come here to buy all of my insence but today is the last time. I asked the man behind the counter if he could assist me since I couldn't find the fragrance they normally always have. He pointed up to the high ceiling wall of boxes he expected me to look for myself. I am a woman, in your store, mind you I had on heels so climbing over anything is a no go. He was lazy enough to say no I could go look for it myself and I suppose climb up the unsteady racks to retrieve it. I suppose I can also walk up to the register, open the draw, pull out cash to pay myself for the effort for HIS job, and get out of there with free items too. There are plenty of other places on Crenshaw, so don't bother with coming here.

All of your body butters, incense, and black soap needs. Sage too! Oil burners, candle holders, etc

I love shopping here, but I will not be returning. I found all of these products that Zim Zam sells online much much cheaper. A profit has to be made Yes! I agree but these prices are out of proportion. Also the customer service is terrible now. I spend more than $200 a month here at Zim Zam. I know this because I keep up with my income and expenses. I was short $5 only one time I say I will bring it next week and the man had a fits like a temper tantrum. He completely turned negative and saying things like “if this was India I would do it but not for Americans, no no no not in America I will not do it! ” I say “cool no problem I am Moroccan by birth and American by residence, but you could say Sorry I cannot this time because I am temporarily inconvenienced, but the rest of what he said was very rude. ” Another lady Shippong put down her things were they were and walked out. She also said he was rude and inappropriate. Please don’t come into our community with those harsh judgements. Brute!

You can make your own sense or take what smells so good! I get sage, black soap, peppermint oil, stress free incense. I can go onJust enjoy!

They don't think that everybody that comes in their steals, they don't follow you around, they just let you be yourself and Shop, and that's why I go there, otherwise they wouldn't have me as a customer

This is a great spot to grab your oils or sage or fresh Eucalyptus or anything of that nature if you're around the LA area. The pricing is very reasonable. And I personally feel they have some of the best oils in town. The gentle that works the counter is very polite. And it's all self serve which is neat to

They've gone down. The service is Horrible. With their Non consistent closing hours.and lazy Customer service.always out of Products.and Non accommodating atmosphere.it's so congested every isle.and everything is always out of reach. Yet they say, get it yourself, its over there! ‍️

Been coming here for years for my sage, Shea butter, soap and incense. Love this place and hope it never goes away.
