Zamir Sewing Machine Co., Bell CA

I visited this shop on Tuesday 3/29/22. The person who assisted me was very rude and would not show me if the machine worked unless I purchased it. I purchased a quart (or he said it was a quart) of generic sewing machine oil. Upon inspection, after purchase, I found that the volume sold was closer to a pint than a quart and the oil was unsealed with black remnants in the bottle. It was most likely oil salvaged from a disassembled sewing machine. Worst experience ever!

Purchased an industrial Consew walking foot sewing machine from Zamir Sewing Machine a few years ago. Great experience and walked me through the process. Also, purchased additional tools and supplies from them and they have always been knowledge about each product before selling it to me. Overall, great prices and have always had a good experience!

For two weeks, they will only say TOMORROW TOMORROW TOMORROW and TOMORROW. But are they kind? Never.
Not only will they return untouched machines, but they will also be rudely throwing garbage on the floor to express their feelings.

Eventually, I couldn't use my machine for two weeks and went to another store after I went to find an unrepaired machine. Instead of wasting money and time, I recommend you to go to another professional shop in La Downtown.

Really bad experience here. I bought the machine because i really need it but the owner's attitude to me and mostly my husband was really bad. It seems he does not like us asking questions. This will be my first and last time buying something from this place. I really hope he understands that he need to treat customers better or he'll loose lots of business with his bad attitude

Worst place ever, sold me a refurbished machine at new numbers. What a waste of time, money. This place sucks!

My Mothers 38yr old machine Works like New agin it only took the man 2days to fix clean & oil.total charge was $37.
