Totally a mess and waiting period wayyyy toooo looonggggg. This store systems socks. They should have more cashiers open.

The lines are like nowhere else. They’ll have a line of 50 ppl stretching across the entire store and still won’t open the cashiers upstairs and down stairs. Holding ppl in line for 40 minutes, especially during a pandemic, is unacceptable. On top of that, the store associates are consistently rude and unhappy. Zara in general isn’t doing great when it comes to its customers, but this specific location is by far the worst I’ve been to.

Will NOT be shopping at the Zara franchise again. Cashier forgot to give me a receipt and within 24 hours went back to the store to make an exchange since they don’t allow trying items on in store. One service member was kind, one rolled their eyes. They could only do an exchange with no receipt of the same item which is not what I wanted. The system should be changed as it’s not the customers fault that a receipt was not handed or placed in the bag. A reason to quit fast fashion, especially Zara.
This location always has the rudest workers

I usually like Zara but this store is bad. I ordered something online, tried to return it within 30 days after I picked up in store and they would not honor it, they were actually pretty rude all the way through when talking to me about it as well.

I’ve been here about 15 times. Every single time the line is EXTREMELY long and they maintain their extra register upstairs closed and typically have two people working max and very very slow.

The price is reasonable and the quality is decent so my wife likes to shop around in here, despite their negligent customer service. Retail stores want to know why they’re going out of business and customer service is one of the reasons in my eyes. What do you need to pay staff for if all they do is gossip behind the counter?

This is the LAST TIME I’m buying from Zara! I love this store but I keep having the worst experience everytime I’m going to the store in Santa Monica promenade. And this time was even worse as They are literally thives! A week ago I bought some dress from there and I knew I have 30 days to return it. After trying it at home again I didn’t like it and wanted to return, the tags was on and I had the recipt. Few days back my Visa card was stolen. I don’t have to tell you how annoying and upsetting it is when your wallet is been stolen! Now I went to Zara store in Santa Monica promenade, trying to return my dress. When I told them I have a different card she say she’s can only give me store credit! I explained that I don’t want credit I just want my money back. Legally, if they write in the recipt 30 days to return they should return it! I don’t want to start how the managers there was disrespectful and racists! They didn’t even care they send me to the customer service with out any help from them. They was so rude! Never again. I DONt WANT YOUT STORE CREDIT especially after this! GET BETTER MANAGERS WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICS!

So at santa monica store i found the same earings with three different prices and i wanted the manager to explain to me how come one is for 22.90 the other is 19.90 and one is for 15.90 the manager Liza said that it’s a mistake although i have to by each one as marked the one with the lowest price was damaged but not on sale so i wanted to make a complain and take a photo to prove i’m right she took the items away with attitude and tell me to call who ever i want and that she won’t give it back to me

Terrible customer service. Also, I will NEVER shop Zara again as I have just found out from various news sites that the brand does not pay the people who make the clothing. The factory workers have been slipping notes into clothes asking buyers for help. Now I feel sick wearing anything from Zara.

Worst Zara ever. I love Zara, wear their clothes all the time but this store let's down the entire brand. Temporary noisy air conditioning units, messy cluttered displays, endless lines for both payments and returns and Lou's pumping euro trash music. Awful. Staff are resigned to working in the runt of the otherwise excellent Zara stores. Close it down. Refurb and sort it out!

Disgusting! Period. Prices are higher than it's supposed to be! They charge more than real price of the stuff.
Store is so warm and humid and stinky! Fitting rooms are horrendous and messy! Staff are indifferent and too exhausted to help or answer any question.
This place does not deserve even one star. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible.

Not the cleanest store! Fitting rooms were so dusty and full of items that the previous customer had tried on! Employees at the fitting room having personal conversations with people waiting to go into the fitting rooms! Not the best customer service! No one is on the floor offering help! And long lines at every checkout!

Terrible shopping experience. This store is mismanaged and understaffed. I've walked out 3 times leaving my shopping behind because the cash register line was too long. They refuse to open additional registers even though people are waiting an hour in line. It's a very frustrating shopping experience.
