9Love Zara, but not this location. Beverly Center is way more professional. Most of the employees here are extremely rude. When it’s time to close shop they don’t care if you have items in your hands or money to spend. If your not up at the register right when they store is closing too bad get out!
François and his manager were very helpful today. This was my first time in a Zara and they both gave very warm smiles!
Registers in kids and mens BOTH closed at same time. So now I am standing in a line of over 30 people. Plenty of employees here so the wait is utterly ridiculous! I will NOT come back to this location. I have asked several employees and they just say they don’t have enough staff and sorry.
Manager karina discriminates people with health exemptions and encourages her stuff so harass customers! Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff. They don’t follow state laws and make their own rules at this location.
It was a very bleek selection and the unfriendly black hotties that were staffed in the men's dept were rude, catty, and very clicky. I dont believe I was greeted not once or acknowledged, but I'll tell you what! They all wouldn't stop talking about me because I was the topic of conversation the moment I graced their presence.id give this location a C- #TIRED.
I hope I get a job with hollywood partnership so I can buy 1 attire every week, I love their style and before beginning each school semester they having sales
Fast shopping brand right smack in the middle of Hollywood Blvd for your quick shopping needs on slightly marked up priced goods. Find what you want and get out is the name of the game at this location. Avoid contact with the madness that's outside in this area as tourists and sad stories of hustlers and panhandlers waiting to eat your flesh.
I really like Zara, from casual to elegant all at a very reasonable price. I do wish they had a larger selection for men but I guess they gotta pay the rent ️
Been a fan of Zara for most of my consumer life, and was disappointed with my visit yesterday. I only speak for the mens section, but all the shirts I tried I had to request from the back because the ones available out front were in poor condition. Customer service at this location is friendly but below average as they were more focused on banter among themselves than helping customers.
