Fitting rooms doesn’t work!
And nobody cautioned me about that.

Store was fairly empty. No line so I went up to the counter. Cashier (man with big gold cross necklace) said he was busy and had to finish processing a stack of clothing.

Ok, I said, ”No problem “. He told me to go stand at the rope where the line started. What? , I was the only one waiting. Anyways, I complied, and waited. And waited. Was he going to call anyone else to help me?

Finally he gestured me over with his hand, no words, just hand motion. Finally got checked out.

One of the rudest interactions I’ve had. Better to go to Zara at the Grove, staff are not such snobs!

There's no clear sign or directory. The store is located on 6th floor. But the website said that people can pick up from first floor.

This store is an absolute disgrace to the company and all other Zara’s. Went shopping yesterday and encounter the rudest employee upon check out. He was African American, medium height, with nail polish on his hands, and had no name tag or I would have mentioned it. If you don’t like your job or customer service please find a different one! When I went to check out the whole time he was rude, spoke down to me, and I left the store crying. This employee needs to be fired for a customer to leave a store crying because of how disrespectful and rude an employee was is insane. Tried to speak to a manager but apparently there was no one available. Will never shop at this location again! Reached out to corporate and hopefully someone does something because this is pitiful!

The black guy working the mens shop was hella rude. You can tell managment let’s them get away with anything. It’s like bro if you don’t like your job or if you’re just bored get a new one like all of us do. Work on your service it’s a joke. Apart from the terrible customer service they have, the clothing is spot on and I always find something I like. So 3 for the store 1 for the service. Won’t shop at this Zara again

That’s ridiculous. In such a busy place as Beverly center time at 5pm, only one cashier desk is open. Looks very chip for Zara to save money on workers. Instead people are waiting for the 30 -40 mins in line to purchase.

The worse place I’ve ever come across. They hired me for a cashier position only to ghost me and never call me back for a start date or inform me of anything regarding the job, for which I am so glad. The managers are useless and act like they are working in an Emergency room. The whole staff while I was filing my paperwork was silent and looked dehumanized from the looks of it. It’s just a clothing store guys I thought it would be nice to work in a place like Zara but I was wrong.

Manager is beyond rude and aggressive and unnecessarily catty. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but he was very cute condescending, disrespectful and unhelpful.

Awful service!
We had the worst experience ever. We drove 40 mins from Calabasas to get one shirt that was out of stock at our mall, they had one left on mannequin which we took and were trying to buy however this guy approached us and asked where we got this shirt and we said “mannequin” and he just grabbed it from our hands and said that we’re not allowed to touch mannequins (which we had no clue). He was super rude. We were not trying to steal it or something, we were trying to buy a shirt they would’ve make a profit. He wouldn’t even listen.
I guess ZARA has to do a better job when they train staff.

I had the worse experience in a retail store in my life. My boyfriend and I were shopping for suits, and we saw one on a mannequin. We asked the employee to point us out where to find it, he said that suit was maybe in the back, but he didn’t know. He turned around and was gone for a minute, came back and said he didn’t see it. (In less than a minute, we know that associate) my boyfriend asked if he could try the one on the mannequin. He replied no and walked away from helping us, we asked again, and he gave us an attitude. We grabbed the item to try it on, and a different associate started yelling at us and got rude. He started pulling my boyfriend's arm and yelling at him like he was stealing. I asked him to stop and reminded him he couldn’t touch customers. I wondered if he was the manager to behave that way. He blocked my face with his hand and said he wasn’t not talking to me. The manager arrived shortly and said he couldn’t sell the item. I asked if the item was not available for sale, there was no reason to have it on display as it was misleading of the items in store. He ignored me and walked away. I asked him how I could get help. He got annoyed and started walking away. I threw a stack of shorts to the floor because of the frustration of the hostility. He turned around, yelling “trash” and “disgusting”! I understand they couldn't sell the suit, but they could be taken their time to explain the reason behind not selling the suit. Instead, hostile employees with an attitude and even grabbing and yelling at customers. I worked in retail for over ten years and I know employees tend to feel a certain way working for a popular store. But Zara? Mind blown

The staff seemed annoyed and ready to go but if half of my store was on sale and I worked in retail I would be too. The woman who rang me up was great though. I do wish they would organize things by size.

They always have plenty of new stuff to chose from. Super clean and friendly staff. Although the lines can get super long at the POS.

Terrible! This location’s customer service has always been questionable but today's experience is the last straw. This location changed its hours to 12: 00 ish (according to the mall concierge) to 7: 00 pm but of course, the adjusted hours are not updated anywhere.

Did one of the MANY employees working in the store care to communicate this to the group of customers collecting in front of the store — of course not. Just let people stand around for an hour confused as to why the store that is normally opened at 11: 00 am is not open.

Was there a sign put up to make customers aware? Yes, one, on an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper with text in 8pt.font on the Men’s entrance. The sign had to be pointed out by the concierge because EVERYONE standing there missed it!

I understand the current environment and the impacts on business but communicate updates effectively to customers! I left work to pick up an order to only have to go return after work — a complete waste of my time.

I have been buying Zara clothing since 2008 while I was in New York. They have very feminine designs, very affordable. Love their selection too. With the Sale prices you can make your $ go a long way. Love to shop here.

This store is dirty beyond dirty just look at the photos I am posting and how dirty the shelves are. Also they are selling damaged items. Jewelry with missing stones and such.

Note, if an employee tells you something is out of stock do not believe them and check for yourself. I saw these cute pants on a mannequin and asked the worker where to find them because they weren’t near the mannequin. The worker tells me they are out of stock and she had to turn away someone else who wanted them. I decide to keep looking around the store for something else and FIND THE PANTS. Not even just one or two in a ominous spot but a WHOLE rack full. Let the worker know where they were in case she wanted to start doing her job.

The worst customer service ever! They sent us from cash register to cash register because they don’t want to work!

The manager was rude as hell. I am seriously not coming back!
