ZARA, Roseville CA

This Zara is always a disappointment. They NEVER have the right sizings and the selection is sooo poor.

Decided to try their ship to store option, it says my clothes were shipped to the Roseville store but no one has seen them. They told me to call customer service, I called customer service, they opened a case but nothing has been done beyond that. No refund and no explanation as to what happened to the clothes I ordered. Don’t ship to store!

Tried to return a blouse but misplaced my receipt. They said I have to call a phone number to get a new receipt. I called and they wanted me to c/m my bank statement for detailed information and wanted the screw number, item number etc which I gave them. Three days later I received an email that they didn’t have enough information and
What was my case number. They didn’t give me one. I had to return to my bank statement and repeated the info and they gave me a case number, then a couple Amy’s later they sent another email saying they didn’t have enough info. Then I called again and this Louis guy said he didn’t have a case number with that item description and insisted on all the same info. It was a nightmare that these people are such idiots. Now I have two case numbers because the first one didn’t mean anything. I asked to speak with a manager or owner and he said he can’t tell me that because it’s secure info. I have seen any store so unprofessional in my life

This is how a store who doesn't respect their own customers look like. Huge line of people waiting for one cashier. I left and never came back.

I like the merchandise but I wish I could say the same with the employees. They’re all snobs and indifferent especially the ones in the cashiers. I usually visit there once or twice a month to get my stuff but they’re all the same, no warmth or anything for customers!

I drive more than 30 minutes. And they close early because the manager is sick. They waste our time. They have really bad customer service.

Love the store, but the customer service is zero. They have bad attitudes and look unhappy.

Yea this was def disappointing. Tons of merch in boxes on the floor waiting to be unpacked I assume after close. Upstairs was better but no register open and plenty of people hanging around (I assume to do the full restock of said boxes) long line, one poor soul doing everything. Finally help arrived and she only wanted "card" purchases. What does that even mean. She made a card shape with her fingers as if that helps explain. No one moved. She looked at the girl and said "sorry I tried to help". Online is the only way to go if this is the option in Sacramento

The worst. Staff standing around everywhere but only one person doing checkout. Waited in line for 15 minutes. No wonder stores are going out of business and customers are moving online.

The store was a mess, so I sat there and organized their pants because I needed to find my size, and once I did, they had fully organized clothes. I went to the fitting room and they closed at SEVEN. The store in a Friday doesn’t close till NINE. Don’t waste your time, it’s dirty and they don’t care about their customers at all.

I love the clothes at Zara! But the Roseville Gallery store not opening the dressing room is ridiculous!

Workers are constantly occupied trying to keep the store running, terrible upper management however are not doing them any favors. Constantly low staffed even though there is a high labor market especially for young people. They have the revenue to add more staff yet choose profits over quality service.

This is the ONLY Zara within a reasonable distance, but I hate coming here because their fitting rooms are NEVER open. Everytime I come, they’re closed. I don’t care if I can return my items in 30 days, I don’t feel like I should go through the hassle of doing that. I would like to know what fits and what doesn’t. This is just ridiculous and EXTREMELY annoying.

This place hasn't had rooms to try on clothing opens since beginning of covid and now the lines at checkout are ridiculous for returns due to the fact that you can't try on things and every time I ask when they will have them open they say hopefully soon which obviously translates to nonsense.

Experience here has gotten worse every year. Closed fitting rooms on random days/times and the lines get extremely long. Disappointed

It bothers me that when you pay you have to wait a long time because the line is long, I don't understand why they don't put more people to collect or why they don't open the box above! This on weekends.

Nice store, very great clothes. But could definitely use my workers and cash registers to be open. Wanted to buy myself some good shoes but couldn't find a worker insight to get my right size
