The abysmal reviews are spot on. Service is horrible. And a clothing store with no fitting rooms. Some things are reasonably priced, but it's an obvious ploy to get you to buy something you don't need that doesn't fit. Hopefully this place will be out of business and closed soon.

The waiting line is too long, moving very slowly, with only one person standing there for purchases, although there are many workers at the store. Just unbelievable. Apparently, this is a common incident according to other reviews. Also, the store is very disorganized, with not much clothing variety. Consider trying another Zara.

This specific Zara store is hopeless. They always have excuses about their incompetence. They can’t seem to have a system where cashiers actually serve customers. They have many payment stations both upstairs and downstairs but the upstairs payment stations are all permanently costly. The downstairs payment stations are staffed by one or two staff most of the time, while several staff walk around doing nothing. A buyer can wait over 1.5 hours or more just to pay for items. Customers just drop items and walk away all the time. The staff are rude and arrogant, they don’t care at all about this store’s business. That said if the corporate office is aware of this hopeless store then it must be systematic. You can’t run a business like this. Get a grip of your business gain control, you could double your sales here if you manage this store properly. This current store’s situation is hopeless.

Black Friday! Wrong tags, no staff, fotting rooms closed even at from 6 to 9 am pst!

Only 1 counter running that also with 1 person! Pathetic! All mens and Women with 1 counter on BLACK FRIDAY! Pathetic.

If you're planning to go to Zara, do not go to this location.

I came here on a Thursday evening (5PM), kid you not, they said they were closed because of short-staffed! I feel like if you're short-staffed, you still should let customers in while your doors are still open. If you're "closed" you should close your doors and put a sign-up. This day they turned away a lot of shoppers and some were disappointed as I was.

Poor customer service the manager an African American women was very rude and dismissive like ma’am u chose to be here you could be doing anything with your time… how r u judging others while working weekends… baby doll get it together before someone calls corporate and snatches that job title that you so desperately need

Rarely do I write negative reviews but this was such an appalling experience it’s noteworthy. The apathetic nature of the manager and staff is unfortunate.

Their manager, Luigi, was completely inept in their ability to help. We needed to do an even exchange on a pair of shoes that were peeling a week and a half after purchase. We had the receipt, the damaged shoes, and the exact shoes for an even swap. Their only response was to have us call customer support and pointed us to a phone number — there was no one available on the line as it was after hours.

Zero resolution - Lack of empathy on their part. It’s frustrating when we drive to this location, waited in line, and took all the proper steps to be turned away with no recourse. What a shame.

A little bit goes a long way. There could’ve been steps taken as we dealt with the manager and staff. Apathetic. Poor training. Terrible hire.

Byers be aware! Cheap expensive clothes with bad attitude employees. Their return policy is a spit of bitterness on your face. I tried to buy a pair of sneakers there which destroyed my feet first time I used. I went back to return it and they said I couldn’t because it had been used. My calf bled and was oozing. I showed them my wound and the blood in the sneaker. Can you get the absurd in their response? The genius behind the counter didn’t realize that a defective shoes can only hurt you if it’s used to walk! Duh! Zara is bad for everybody.

Nice big Zara store. Dressing rooms are small but have good mirrors. Didn't make it to the second level but found lots of goodies at reasonable prices.

I can’t believe I walk into the zara it’s open but they blocked off all of upstairs which is the men’s section and I wasn’t allowed to even use the elevator what kind of nonsense is this I can’t even buy clothes from the men’s and it’s open the store is obviously sexist toward men and only allowing women to shop won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Store that always is low on staff, Fitting rooms closed most of the time, take my advice shop online.staff looks so tired seems like they are over worked, so many registries however only one or two waiting lines.

Long waiting times to point where I have seen people frustrated and leaving their clothes and exiting.

Poor management

The store manager (Dark skin) lady is rude and disrespectful towards customer who bring their returns. I have already filled a complain to the corporate office and I hope they find a way to speak to her regarding her behavior with the customers and her regular employees at the store. I saw her yelling at her employees and multiple customers. She can simply not tolerate a customer concern and simply tells her “Nop, I can take your return see you bye “ and calls mall security. Very unethical and unprofessional.

You can’t try it on during the discount season. They want you to buy it and return it if it doesn’t fit the size.

Poor customer service. The line is never ending. The sales associates were folding clothes and checking out customers at such a slow pace. Only 2 counters were open.
