Platform is broken. I keep getting errors from both website and app when trying to manage my second property. Customer service is clueless and keep directing me to property manager when I clearly the one who setup the online account and payments. They told me automatic payments are stopped, I hope so, I already cancelled my account, they will have to deal my bank if they keep withdrawing money from my account. They don’t even send any confirmation.

- The platform does not work - whenever I try to make a payment, the amount field is locked. There is nothing that can be done to unlock it.
- The AutoPay functionality does not work - it does not only fail to take a payment from the bank account I set up on the website (which I use for any other day to day payments) but it also fails to display any information about when the payment would be made, if there is any pending activity or the reasons why the payments are not made

My rent payment was submitted 4 times due to a bug in my property's app. On ZEGO it shows 4 payments processing even though on my property's app it kept giving me an "unsuccessful" error. Tried calling support less than an hour after the processing payments posted on the ZEGO app, waited for 25 minutes before the call was picked up and they told me they couldn't do anything on their end. I had submitted the payments LESS THAN AN HOUR AGO via eCheck. It still says processing, with nothing showing on my bank account yet. How can they not void it?

They told me I had to get a refund via my property's management or my bank. Tried contacting both. Bank said there was nothing they could do until the charge showed as processing on their end. Property management said ZEGO told them they had to call ZEGO to resolve these issues. At my wit's end, worst customer service I have ever dealt with for a payment company/app. This is not a small sum of money. Ridiculous. Worst thing is I have no choice but to use this to pay rent.

Fee for debt transaction not acceptable.
Why do l have to pay 2.95 just to make an online payment when l have too many other options? Unacceptable.
Credit card fee is fine by me but when l am debting out of bank account then no.

Be warned! I cancelled my condo fees back in February as the condo was being sold in March. Here we are again, in June.still pulling out condo fees from an account that is closed, deleted, and not noted in their system. Not to mention the 20 plus minutes to wait to have your call answered.they are not that helpful.

I do enjoy the convenience of paying thru this portal because my real estate is so far, however the close to $10 fee is ridiculous. I also like to say how about put a memo line for payments ex; Rent for 6/5 on the memo line, because sometimes i may pay my rent in advance and a simple memo attached to the payment can let them know what months it’s paid for.

I have used Zego products at a few different companies and have always had great experiences with their rent collection systems. The 1st of the month is always so much easier with Zego backing you up.

Stole money from my bank account. Now in the process of charging Zego for fraud. Never even heard of this company. But they stole my money from the bank with my card number.

I would give these people zero stars if that were possible. Every time I try to pay my rent my account acts up; I had to reset my password and I still can't access it. I need to pay my rent maybe the people of Zego don't care if I'm homeless but I do.

Call them and try to pay your rent. You will never speak to anyone. They make paying your rent so hard. Im looking for another community because of this. Then they wonder why rent is late. WHERE DO I PAY MY BILL, WHATS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER, is this even a real company?

Scam company, nothing but liars and thieves. Don’t believe your rental agency if they switch to these cheats and liars. Get ready to have a lawyer handy just pay your monthly rent.

Zego has great customer service. We have used Zego integrated in our Rent Manager software going on 5 years now. They have always been great and quick responses if there are any issues.

This company having over 4 stars is a joke, they don't answer the phone, the website is awful and I don't think they are qualified to handle the business they have. 24 hour support? Except the 40 minutes I'm on hold

The system provides real time updates in Rent Manager.
Also the customer support is phenomenal.
