The environment here is very good，She spent a lot of time on my neck and shoulders where I was super tight and my headache that I’ve had went away. I just had the best massage ever and looking forward to my next session!

My husband and I had an appointment for a couple’s massage and we really enjoyed it! I had a great medium to firm pressure massage and felt like butter afterwards. These ladies are strong! They also use various techniques including stretching your arms and legs, so just make sure to verbally communicate and include it on the screening form at reception if you have limited range of motion due to surgeries or medical conditions. The massages were reasonably priced also! If we come back to Santa Barbara we will definitely be coming in again for massages here.

We had a couples massage during this trip. The massage place is very clean and staff are all nice and friendly. The communication went well during our deep tissue session. We are so glad found this place and definitely will be back. Thank you zen massage place for your hard work.

My daughter in law set up this appointment for me after I took a very nasty fall that morning. She and my son had both been there and enjoyed their experience immensely. I did not have the same masseuse as they did. Mine did not speak English and I kept telling her just to concentrate on my shoulders and neck and kept pointing and trying to communicate any way I could. She kept moving all over my body. I also said no legs, made gestures for no legs, she smiled and continued to do my legs. I was also a few days out from a shoulder surgery and she didn't understand that we had to be very careful with that shoulder. After a while, I just gave up. My recommendation would be to ask for a specific masseuse here if you have specific needs. My masseuse probably would have been fine if I had wanted a full body.

The facility as a whole was fine and clean and they have a nice bathroom if you want to shower etc.

I had a really great experience at this massage parlor. They have reasonable rates and the staff is charming and really knows what they are doing.

This place is very good people who like to do massage relief theirs body and mind fatigue all rooms are very clean also they can speak English as well.there are plenty car’s parking spaces for 90 minutes plus point KFC, Borger in/out MCDonald Mexican pizza house all shops surrounding that place.

The massage was okay, there were a lot of noises since we were right next to the reception area. Our masseuses kept leaving the room to find help/help other customers at the front desk. Although, there was a sign saying tips is appreciated, but they complained about the tips I gave. As I checked out using Venmo, I chose the 15% tips that was recommended. The masseuse/cashier saw and acted super shocked, she first asked me “For 2 people? !? ”, then said in Chinese to her coworker: “Only $. For tips!? !? These people are crazy! ”, not knowing my boyfriend is Chinese too. And didn’t even say thank you or goodbye to us after that. I thought I found a decent, affordable massage place but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Best massage I have gotten in a long time. The ladies are very strong (I wanted deep tissue) in a good way. Very clean atmosphere and they squeezed us in without an appointment and didn’t rush us.

Wow, what a massage. I initially went in for 60 mins and ended up increasing to 90. My mind, body and soul was reset. Definitely recommend this place. No frills and amazing price.

My first time to Zen. I had a fabulous experience! Asked for a 90 minute massage, the price was amazingly low. What fantastic bargain. Emma gave me a professional massage, one of the best I have ever had. Place was spotless, and convienently located with easy street parking. Emma was not only a terrific massage therapist, but was personable, friendly and checked in with me often to be sure the pressure was just right. I highly recommend Zen Massage based upon my experience.

Bed was dirty - massage lady did a horrible job. Stress me out more than actually relaxing me.

This place is amazing! We found it from neighbor's referral. It is super clean and the staff are all very nice and kind and professional. The massage was very good and decent better than most of the places in town. Other than that, the price is very reasonable and affordable. Thank you Zen Massage Place, you are a good addition to this beautiful town. Hanging there. We will be back soon.

Absolutely amazing massage! I recently moved to Santa Barbara and this was my second time here and both times I was very happy and relaxed. I usually get the full body and I absolutely love the massage technique - they always find all the spots behind my shoulder blades (where I usually have most of my pain) and throughly work out the knots in my neck, shoulders, and mid back, and the pressure points were spot on and really loosened up my tension. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is friendly, respectful, the place is clean, and the massage therapist checked in from time to time with me to make sure the pressure was just right for me. I will definitely be coming back and recommending to those around me! Thank you for your business
