The representative arrived on time. He made sure he understood what I needed done. He performed his tasks in a very professional a d friendly manner.

I’ve always had a good experience with Zero Rez. They come when they say they will and most importantly, the carpet comes out much cleaner than other carpet cleaners I’ve tried.

Maurice was fantastic. He spent time cleaning each sofa and was very cautious in protecting our walls and floors. He organized the cushions neatly to allow them to properly dry. I will definitely be calling them again and requesting Maurice.
