Zerorez and Kevin (our representative) was exceptionally professional, careful, punctual and pleasant to work with. He performed a very thorough and detailed clean but was timely and efficient at it. Our carpets are the cleanest they’ve been in years and we love the clean, fresh feeling of having no residue or harsh chemicals left behind. We will gladly use Zerorez again in the future

The carpet is cleaned well and good. The person who came out for the service was very good and professional.
Lot of dirt was removed. Dome stains like slime stains were not completely removable. Thought they could do that. But everything else is very clean.

My experience was amazing. When my wife called to scheduled the appointment it was extremely easy. The gentleman that showed up did a very thoughtful assessment of the areas to be cleaned. He educated us on the products, process, stains and dry time. The project was completed in a timely manor. The cost is reasonable (I feel it is a great deal). We WILL use ZEROREZ again!

Zerorez cleaned my carpets at my rental property very well. It had the smell of cigar smoke and who knows what else. Although we told the Tenants there was no smoking in the house they didn't listen anyway. The agent deodorized the carpets with plenty of a nice smelling spray before steam cleaning with ionized water, then brushing the carpets with a large double brushed vacuum which did a great job. The agent would get down on his hands and knees to smell the carpeting. He made sure he didn't leave the job right away and took his time. Their products and the agent cared enough to do a great job on my carpets. I would recommend this company, although it's a little more pricey than the rest. I already wasted monies on other carpet cleaners. You get what you pay for. Remember that folks!

Had an appointment this morning and Leonardo came, was very helpful and explained in detail the process and helped us figure out the best way to maximize the space cleaned for our money. He was fast and polite, and made suggestions for how we can dry the house faster, as well as prevent some of our stains in the future.
