Ziba is an excellent place for eyebrow threading. I love that they have packages to save you a little extra money. I miss their old location in Victoria gardens just cause of the convenience to my house but, nevertheless I truly enjoy my experience and outcome of my eyebrows at Ziba.

Ziba beauty never disappoints. Sarah is amazing I always leave feeling so good about my brows. The services is amazing the staff is so kind and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
It’s not the same anymore. They are way scaled down. I walked in today and there were two people ahead of me, the girl gestures toward the second male client and told me there’d be a wait (implying she could help me after him). I said ok. Both those clients finished and I expected to go next. It was about 30-40 minutes in to me waiting. As the man finished another girl walked in and the esthetician said that girl had an appointment and she was taking her next. Then I said well then can I get on your appointment list today? She said she was booked. Why did she have me wait then LOL waisted my damn time. Poor communication! If you’re booked just say so, don’t make a client wait 30-40 minutes before you tell them you can’t fit them in. It makes no sense. I’m never coming back here. I’ve been a client since they were at Victoria’s Gardens. Not anymore. Someone tell me where Moti is.
