9Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the customer service at this nail spa. I called 4 days ahead of time to make an appointment for my sister and I to have simultaneous pedicures. They gave me the appointment but when we showed up only one tech was available. So much for getting pedicures together. I don’t know why they accept reservations if they aren’t willing to prepare for our arrival and provide the service I had reserved.
This was the first time I went to this place and I liked the service and the weather was also very good, I think I will return
I got a full set with dip. The guy that did my nails yesterday. Cut my cuticles so bad they are red and swollen this morning. He was so rough.
Sent my sister here for her birthday nails and you can tell the quality of them. With bubbles, bumps, flooding cuticle, poor nail shaping, and no paint on the sides of the nails. Then she also had to remove the polish on her skin all around her fingers and toes.
The place is pretty clean and the service pretty good. Bindu did my eyebrows, shaped and henna tint. She is very professional and listens carefully what you really want. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Looking forward to seeing her again. She also does lamination and eyelashes lift and so many others things.
Had a botched French tip job the day before (from another place) but was saved! Sandy did an amazing job! All by hand now I don't look ridiculous for my sister's wedding!
I added the dimonds.honestly she didn’t do a good job at all she did my big toe crooked, And they were way too long to where I had to cut and shape them myself, for $55? Not worth it, Will not come here ever again & it was my very first time ever getting my toes done to what a waste of money. I rate a 0 but it won’t let me
Hands down the best pedicure and fill I’ve had in a while. The spa is clean and the staff were wonderfully welcoming and engaging. Happy accident finding Zio Nails and spa!
