Unprofessional. I provide 100% correct recipient address but they enter wrong information.i lost everything and they said the UPS staff delivered the wrong address.don't come here

Awful customer experience and very shady staff.
Didn't receive delivery to sender, and didn't provide any status or reason for it (even though it was a printed label).

Never trust deliveries with them again!

I brought in my packages to get shipped last month. The workers here were very unprofessional and rude. This place has a big reputation of packages "going missing. " I do not trust them.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service ever. Dropped off a package that didn't ship, says it's my fault that they lost it. UPS driver confirmed he handed the package back to the store employees. They claim they have no idea where it is, kept giving me an attitude every time I was inquiring about my "lost" package which I'm sure they stole as you can see from the other reviews on here.

The employees that ship the international goods were especially rude, not helpful almost as if they were trying to dissuade me from coming back. Either way I'm filing a general liability claim against their insurance, it'll be worth driving up their lost experience and their insurance premium.

Do not drop off your goods to be shipped here, you've been warned.

Great store! I used to go to the place near Asian garden mall and it was a nightmare. After trying this place I will never go anywhere else! They pick up the phone, they take credit card, and they pack boxes very secure! I shipped 6 boxes to 5 separate locations in Vietnam located in very rural areas and the prices were very reasonable. If you need to ship to Vietnam, this is the place you want to go.

A shipping location can't be trusted, the goods are not delivered to the correct address of the sender, lost goods. Doing business like this, who dares to trust anymore.
