I finally had the chance to try all 4 roasts. I purchased FIRE first to align with my sign. It was a great dark blend - bold taste and not bitter. Took two steps back and purchased a bag of EARTH. Made some great cups of cold brew with this versatile roast. You can also get free samples from the site, paying only a nominal fee for shipping - got samples of AIR and WATER with my last purchase. Even though it isn't within my sign, I think WATER was my favorite overall.
