I've had two sessions with Dr. Nikoo Sadatrafiei. The first session went well, but unfortunately, I didn't have a positive experience during the second session. I felt uncomfortable due to some negative interactions where I perceived a sense of blame and judgment from Dr. Sadatrafiei. In my view, therapy is meant to provide a calming and supportive environment. I was hoping for more understanding and problem-solving, but I felt that the session didn't meet those expectations. I believe it's important to find a therapist whose approach aligns better with my needs.
