Absolutely stellar experience at the service center. I went in to drop off my water boiler which had been working great for nearly 8 years. I only found out about this place after trying to repair it myself. Stepping into the service center it feels like you're in Japan. Most of the staff are Japanese, the hallway conversations are in Japanese, and it's all very organized and respectful.

A few minutes after stopping in, a gentleman, I think by the name of Vance came out to help us. He was a very knowledgeable technician as he really knew the machine inside and out. These water boilers are of the highest quality and they can be repaired. That same afternoon he called me explaining the options and what he could do. It was ready the next day and the repair bill was extremely reasonable, much cheaper than buying a new unit. They had cleaned the unit up nicely and replace everything they needed to replace. The bagged it up nicely and it was brought out by a really kind and happy gentleman who seemed happy as I was to get the boiler back.

The whole experience was delightful and it's no wonder this company has been around so long.
