Zoo Grill reviews
15Very good Angus burger, thick and tender. I love the fries too, crispy, thick and just the right amount of seasoning.
Good food there, great French fries' burgers and chicken tenders. Although it is not worth it for the high price, it can be greatly reduced for a more affordable fee.
Surprisingly good food. Good veg and kid options. Loved the spiked hot chocolate (after 6pm) for Zoo lights event!
They had a real bad worker working there, had some cold French frys and the girl refused to make fresh didn't know how to do refund. She just made the whole experience stupid and unnecessary. At the end of the day Nancy the manager was great and got everything right.
EXCELLENT Angus burgers! Great golden brown fries too. Good value to boot. 10% discount with membership card.
It was Boo at the Zoo day today so it was busy and there but it was kept clean. I split a hamburger and fries with a friend and it was good
Very good food had the Chicken Tenders and fries You get alot for the price and it tastes.
The food was surprisingly good. Good place to eat when you're at the zoo. The crowds were small compared to other eateries in the park.
It was swelteringly hot and the wait was long. The sole cashier had to work in that heat and couldn't keep up with the line. Meanwhile, the mediocre food sat cooling off on the trays of everyone in the sluggish line. Then, there was nowhere to sit except back outside (when I'd hoped for a little shade and maybe air conditioning inside). I would have been better off packing a healthy lunch from home snd finding a shady spot to sit.
The manager I think her name is Maria she’s a fair Hispanic speaking elder woman was very rude. It was our first time getting food from a restaurant inside the zoo we ordered a cheeseburger and chicken sandwich and one of the employees gave us a brown bag and we grabbed it how are we supposed to know it wasn’t our food and we saw that it wasn’t our food because it had a juice and we didn’t order a juice and she gave us terrible attitude saying “ then why did u grab it “ but how are we supposed to know
It wasn’t our order. She made it the worse experience ever people like that shouldn’t become managers. One of the employees apologized for her. Instead of giving people attitude and if she doesn’t like her job then she should retire or get replaced. There’s no excuse for her rudeness.
First of all the food was ok nothing special we meaning my family got cheese burgers and chicken sandwich n chicken tenders. The only thing good was the chicken tenders and the fries my son said his chicken sandwich was good. But my hamburger was nothing special it was ok. I got a red wine can which was $6.99 it was good but pricey for it size. Overall not worth the $80.00
Always a good time at the Los Angeles Zoo. Just real hot so bring a hat and a lot of water right now.
Stroller friendly & wheelchair access
Friendly staff and fast service.
Great portion size of fries and burger
Just exiting the Zoo Grill restaurant you walk up and there's restrooms located on your left side.
It was kind of like cafeteria food. Already made before anybody orders anything. The price isn't cheap, either. You would expect more for a public attraction that has food vendors.
The system is unclear. Do you take what you want? Do you order? Food is just decent, as expected. Super hard to get a seat. Love the zoo though!
