The customer service is very bad. They will getting your number to call you back but no one will call you back, You need to call again, be on hold, explain the problem again without any result

This company has terrible customer service, was calling and waiting for more than 25minutes
and they hung me up, then I called and they had me for over 30 minutes and they could not help

When you're trying to find a place that prints straight up raining you can count them but if you want custom good luck they're horrible

Great Service Super Products! I have been using Zoo Printing for 4 1/2 years now and I am always amazed at the high quality products that they deliver and a great price. Yes, there have been mess ups and they have always come through and fixing the issue. This is rare though. I will continue using Zoo Printing in the future. My clients love the products that they get from Zoo Printing and really makes my business shine!

Don't trust this company never! If I can give 0 I will. I ordered pens for my costumer and I received late. And pens broke. The costumer wanted to return and refund. It is 30 days they didn't refund and now they are saying that they refunded already. They are lying. Don't trust and Don't do business with them.

I have had issue after issue with this print shop. I have had double sided business cards printed incorrectly with the wrong image all together as well as color shift on multiple projects. I was also told by the manager that pantone colors are not guaranteed after setting up a job with pantone colors from their request.

I had a huge issue with this companies delivery system. I called the 1800 number and talked to Rebecca who was extremely helpful! She has great customer service. Hoping this makes a difference.

They always get my job out on time, and won't hold up your job without contacting you, which is what printers are supposed to do but never do.

Customer service is excellent, the quality is excellent. They have an online proof option which will save you headaches down the line. Best of all, most papers have a "go green" option.

I've printed about 10 jobs with them in the last three months.

Strongly recommend this company to anyone who is in the print or graphics industry. The quality is great and the prices are even better. 98% of the time everything that I have printed has been great, and when I have any problems they always fix it. Thanks for existing ZOO PRINTING!

CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES HOURS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. There is no managers to help you. Very bad service. Very disappointed, when you place a ticket number they don't reply back to you AFTER DAYS, LACK OF SERVICE. When you want to speak with their manager they send you to voice mail. If you have a job pending and there is something wrong, good luck because this company won't take the time to help you. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE SERVICE, AFTER YEARS USING ZOO PRINTING. EVEN RUSH ORDERS ARE DELAY.
