Zoom Car Wash

Exterior had missed dust all around the car, interior they didn't wipe off some the cleaning solution. Was disappointed since I'm in the process of selling the car, and paid 60 for a half washed car

Very hard to find entrance to the electronic drive through car wash. I turned around and left.

$30.99 for a wash for a large car in October 2022 and definitely worth the price. The gift shop has cute things. Suggestion: more food items for sale.

If you want to be scolded like a miscreant toddler when the gas pump locks up, told that your card being denied is the problem, and not helped at all, then this is your place to buy gas.
Oddly enough, my card worked fine at the Chevron across the street!

This place is the worst be aware! I paid top dollar for the $45 car wash service & I still had to go down the street & clean the car myself just horrible skip this place if you can workers don’t care to do job correctly just want to take your money.

Garbage detail. Paid top dollar. They don't care. Can't even vacuum center, paid extra for it. I hate this place. They didn't tell me when my car was ready and then I saw that they parked it at the very end of the parking lot when there were all these open spots closer to the building. It's like why is my car all the way over here?

Worse Service. $49+ dollars & they did not get bird droppings off my car. Did NOT VACUUM car under mats nor mat. I had to ask for vacuuming. 3rd bad experience. NEVER, NEVER again. OVER PRICED & HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The quality control here is unacceptable. Id be better off paying my little brother to wash my car and detail it than take it here. I dont understand how several people can work on one car and it looks like only 1 did. Truly amazing in all honesty. The only reason im not giving this place a 1 star is because the dude who takes the initial car orders has always been extremely nice and understanding of what i need done to my car. They couldn't even be bothered to read the notes stating i wanted the trunk vacuumed. That was mainly the whole reason I came in. Not that this company cares, but i will definitely be taking my 115.99 dollars elsewhere.

This is the second time visiting this wash and paying over $74.00 for a car wash and my vehicle comes out looking like no effort was given. I understand I didn’t pay for a detail, but I shouldn’t have to come track you down after you are finished to clean the cup holders, vaccine and clean the windshield. Not a pleasant experience. Please slow down and do it right!

I went into zoom for a car wash and the cashier has poor customer service and the car was not washed correctly. The side rear view mirrors were not cleaned. The car was not dried off completely. I will not return to this place.

I come here a lot mostly because it's close to home but I get the monthly wash and you can come in as much as you want it's a great deal if you like to have your car washed a lot.

Unfortunately, service at Zoom Car Wash has declined over the past couple of years. I need to find another car wash. The last time I visited a couple of weeks ago, I was expecting them to clean the seats since I paid for the $60 service - it didn't happen and I won't pay that much for service again! The silver lining is that there is a subcontractor company there that does a wonderful job at fixing cracks in your car's window!

Never again going get my oil change at this location.
Don’t even know what they’re doing. They don’t even check what they check off on your receipt. Look and act as if they just been released from the county jail.
I noticed no sticker was placed on my vehicle with the date and Mileage to return, went to go ask one of the
Techs. And claimed the sticker machine was down.
As I walked away, this lowlife started running his mouth as if he was standing in front of a liquor store with his friends. So my advice to anyone who is reading this, get your vehicle serviced elsewhere.

Oil change and a free carwash, well kinda free.what's not to like, a little less expensive would be something we would all like

I went to zoom for a car wash. I waited in my car for the attendant to come get my carwash ticket. I sat and sat to see 6 cars go in which confused me because I was sitting there before they got there. I saw worker waking toward my car only to just walk on by and the man with machine keep helping other people. I went inside and asked for the manager to ask what is the procedure to get my car washed and explained what just happened. I showed where I was parked and he stated I was in the right place. He also said that it was first come first serve. He said he would go tell the guy to help me. I told that okay I will go to bubbles.

They do a horrible job valcumming here. I always have to valcum again after them. They also don't apply armor all protectent very well. They leave smears everywhere. It always look like a rush job when I come here for a car wash.

The girls working the desk are so unfriendly. I have a fleet card and need to pay for gas using card and car wash separately. The first girl said it can't be done, then the second one said it could but card kept declining, (impossible to do with fleet card if rung as gas correctly) so they tried to re.do it using different codes, I explained that if it doesn't say gas it won't go through its a gas card. They said they can't help the way it labels it. Weird I have come here for years and never had this issue. Neither of the girls seemed to care. I used my personal card to pay for the gas asking again for it to be split cash wash on one and gas on the other as it's an expense I need to itemize for work. They were so unhelpful and giving different answers. The last answer I got was that its the way the machine is after an update and they are not going to fix it. So paying over 50.00 for a car wash and over 100.00 in gas they didn't care to be helpful. I will not be returning. I will find a new place that appreciates business and is friendly.

Had to go back because they didn't put a window sticker telling me when my next oil chang they said they ran out just keep a eye out for the oil light really

Trash place! I paid $46 for a car wash and detail and when I went into my car it was barely vacuumed and barely wiped down. I can still see hella dust on my dashboard. If I could give this place a zero I would, I’m super upset and won’t be coming back 100% would not recommend.
