It has happened to each of us, almost as if in slow motion, you drop your phone and the glass shatters! Well, this has not happened once, not twice, but three times in a year! Zoomlock Wireless has quickly repaired my and my husband's phones and we couldn't be happier!

This place is a rip off im so upset an depressed i paid $600 for a phone 4 months ago and it stopped reading my sims card i took good care of my phone who wouldnt if u payed that much in CASH so i took the phone back to them and they claimed they trieed to fix it but HOW? They didnt even have my code when i went to pick up my phone after 2 weeks of having it they would have to get in the phone after attempting to fix it they would have to get in the phone to see if it works right? Anyways i called samsung and they ran the mei number said the phone is a international phone and was made in india and they needed the company information were they purchase so they can fix my phone they just need some info and zoom refuses to give me any information now im getting ahold of BBB and gona file a complaint if they dont give me the info i need soon all it is the manufacturer name were they purchased the phone so samsung can fix my phone.and also im writing CALL CURTS news station this got to stop these boys are taking peoples money and the screen fixes they do are not good screen quality so think twice everyone before you purchase from these kids.

My iphone 7 plus fell off my car, and got ran over a few time.the phone was completely damaged. Took the phone to a few shops in town
they all told to take my phone to zoomlock.i did, they said will need the phone over night. Called me the next and said that the phone was ready for pick up. Everything working! Great job Zoomlock!

Edit to owners reply: I was literally there the day before my review. It's not my fault you don't keep track of your records. I went in with a working phone with a broken screen and came back to a phone with a fixed sceen that would no longer would turn on. I was also fed some bs excuse about needing my screen fix in order to return to apple to have it fixed yet apple told me they can't take it because it has a third party screen. A "clever" scheme to convince the customer to pay for a screen for a phone that will not do them any good. Very unsatisfied to say the least. Will not return.

Hate this place. Anything he tells you is a rip off. Don't recommend this place. He's a scammer don't go to this place. I would never go to him again. Dishonest person. Not trustable. I would give him negative 10 starts if I could. That's my rating for this place
