6So many workers hovering and acting like kids. Unprofessional and irritating, I am never going again.
One of the workers there was SUPER rude and disrespectful. I honestly have no idea how or why he even works there in the first place. He has brown curly hair and has HORRIBLE customer service. Avoid him at all cost. The other workers are cool but he needs to be fired. Super immature and rude. The owner needs to reevaluate who he has working for him and representing his store.
Bad service the manager didn't help is a bad store it took 3 days to get my refund back I had to go to the store 3 times I am not shopping there no more
They have cool items and the staff is really helpful. However, if you feel uncomfortable with people not wearing masks, the staff do not wear masks here.
Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. I didn't get his name, but big thanks to the guy who was incredibly patient with my young daughter, answering her million questions as he fitted her for a new helmet.
Never going to buy at zumiez I ordered shoes online I tried them in the house never stepped outside then I tried returning the shoes but they won’t accept it because some paper in the bottom is messed up and I received it like that as well. Go for another brand they told me it’s fine to return them then the other guy said no.
