Spent $500 there today … I have been shopping there for 10 years at least it used to be a much cooler vibe in the store. Clothes are cool that’s it …Employees are kind of overbearing. Follow you around constantly asking if you need help. The cashier today was not helpful and borderline rude … employees shouting to other employees from one end of the store to the other for things like a different size or fitting room. Never have the sizes you need almost better to avoid the store entirely and online shop ….

People there are nice except cashier acted like she was high as a kite which was annoying she was so slow and unprofessional and should not be working registers because it takes to much to concentrate. Other than that not much stuff I would purchase there.

When corporations get too big they loose some of the personal customer service you look forward to from small businesses.

The manager JC and the crew working with him have balanced the importance of customer service while not sacrificing the streamlined service you sometimes miss from smaller operations.

This place is great. Keep up the good work everyone.

Pretty good store needs better selection of skate items if ur a skate shop how are u out of trucks

The friendliest staff ever, and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. They even offered to order it if I couldn't find it.
