Quick and easy trail for a view which mimics that of Yosemite valley. John Muir said its only rival is that of Yosemite. The boardwalk is getting a bit dilapidated, but they will repair soon!

Bof, l'accès au meadow est interdit donc ce n'est plus une boucle mais un aller-retour peu intéressant.

The boardwalk thru the meadow is closed, but the trail can be taken to Roads end and has good overviews of the meadow. Don't miss Muir rock and the beautiful river flowing by.

Lovely easy trail near the Kings River. For a super short trail you can walk. 3 miles to the suspension bridge. It was perfect for little legs. Bigger kids went on the 1.5 mile loop. Trailhead has a bathroom facility. There are also very well shaded picnic tables.

Loved this hike. Lots of river access along the way to dip your hat into. Unfortunately the boardwalk is closed, but there is a short rocky path just behind the closed meadow trail that takes you to a nice view of the meadows so don’t miss out!

Beautiful trail through some stunning landscape. Please note that the trail is not a loop anymore due to damage to the path. It's now out and back

We loved this trail. It was my 10 year olds first hike in a National park and she hasn't done much hiking before so this gave her a small taste of a few rocks to walk over.a bit more then a few but not too many.when you get to the meadow it's lovely and such a vast difference from all the trees.and the butterflies were just fun to watch.they liked what i was wearing cause they kept flying too close:)

Don't let the name Meadow and boardwalk fool you. Much of the trail is over rocks and boulders.

This trail is fairly accessible for wheelchair users from the parking area up to the meadows. The dirt is easy enough to roll on. Once you cross the bridge, the trail narrows a bit and there are some more tree roots and rocks that you may need to dodge. When we were there in July '21, the boardwalk through the meadows was being repaired, so we had to stop there.

Omgoodness I truly can't find the words to describe how amazingly beautiful this short but majestic hike really is.

A relatively easy hike in Kings Canyon National Park, but not as close to Kings River as I would have preferred.

Easy hike across the bridge to the Meadow. Couldn't get a Bob stroller through the rocky trail in some parts. Drive back to the Grant Grove village is very pretty.

This place is beautiful. However, there's damage to the walkway path to the meadow. This is definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Definitely a beautiful peaceful place to visit.

This place is so amazing but stay on the trails! The lighting effects from the deep canyon takes you to another world!
