Terrible service! Person who attends is very violent! I treat my daughters badly because they accidentally spilled some soda from a slurpee. I tried to clean and a mop pulled me hard then he wanted to touch me and I better went to pay and ran away from that place. It's not the best in DC!
Definitely not open 24 hours a day the three days I spent in town it was not open after 11 just big chain on the door

Not 24 hours. 7-11, please for the love of God don't reply with one of your copypastas; just fix the issue. Came by at 10: 45pm on a Friday. Locked up just as others indicated.

This 7-eleven was clean fast and friendly when I went on Friday afternoon. However when I went back on Sunday evening the door were locked? !?
Doors chained and padlocked shut from the outside. Maybe just update the hours so people don't waste their time?
The 2 guys inside locked the doors and were just hanging out on their phones. Complaint to the corporate office filed.
Store is not 24 hours and claims to be open. I was even told it closes at 11pm its not even close to the time and they have closed early without reasoning or sign in window as to when to return back.
This 7-11 is a zero customer service and even they are insulting customers when buy some stuff in this 7-11. Again very rude customer service
Horrible. Says 24 hours and it is not. So terrible. There is a person who runs it and refuses to open the doors late at night even when it says open 24 hours. 7 Eleven you need to fix this ASAP, it’s dangerous if you have an open hours sign and young people attend to try and purchase goods and are left stranded outside the establishment.
They don't open 24 hours. The door handle was wrapped around with a chain last night.
Joke business. Says they are ope 24/7, is near a metro stop and major foot traffic area and closes every day at random times including high traffic times, Make it 24/7 or don’t just make it accurate it
After reading the reviews, I still gave this place a chance but, it was locked up before 10: 30 pm. A number of people tried to go inside but failed to do so because the doors were locked. The employee (in an orange shirt) stood behind the counter while consuming a snack. I get everyone needs a break but Geesh, post a sign on the door or something. Thankfully, the CVS across the street honors it’s posted hours and were able to gain our business.
The lady working at that 711 was very rude 1st July 2022, no respect, no greeting, she was not allowed to put my promotion number to the screen (she said it stopped for about 3 days) to mention her name she doesn’t have name tag and uniform.the time was 7: 52am
